The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Welcome to the Ponderosa B&B

Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.
