Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
