Vacation rentals with lake access in Cusco

Luis and his family are incredibly sweet and hospitable! His wife cooked for us 3 times and it was excellent! The location is amazing, especially if you want to do the 7 Lagoon hike. If you don't mind a cold night and simple accommodation, it's not a problem. Totally fine for one night! The bus and taxi take you to the accommodation super easily!

Eduardo is an excellent host! very helpful with instructions and attentive! The view of the mountains is amazing and it has a huge garden with a patio setting to enjoy! I loved the yoga studio upstairs with a deck to practice outside or also inside! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is strong and Hot! It has a new kitchen with oven that I enjoyed very much! The best part it's that Arin Waterfalls are only 20 minutes walking! Amazing spot to enjoy, meditate and watch the valley from the top! The neighborhood it's very peacefull and people are very kind! I felt safe at all time! I would definitely come back!

This was a lovely country home to stay at. The huge benefit about staying in this house was the welcoming nature of the owner, Denise. She met us at the airport, brought us to a great grocery store, and gave us advice about how to navigate our trip. She connected us with a local who guided us through to remote areas that we wanted to visit. Denise was happy to provide restaurant recommendations and was available to help with many aspects of our trip. This was a very comfortable house for our group of 7 people. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The family room was very cozy. Lucre is a small village. You will be away from tourists and the locals are very welcoming. We shopped in a couple of the nearby markets and ate out at the restaurant next door. The yard is lovely too. Bring eye masks for the early sun and earplugs for the local dogs. We all loved staying here instead of Cusco. Highly recommend!

Carolina' place is beyond description! It is a lovely house situated in Salvacion, Manu, with a view of the river and a plenty of wildlife to make your days unforgettable. The accommodation in tents on a high platform is really comfortable - the mattresses in the tents and the surrounding sounds of nature make for an amazing sleep, and the tables, chairs and hammocks on the deck for wonderful mornings. Shower and toilet are always clean. Carolina herself is a kind and attentive person - we decided to have our breakfasts and dinners at the place and do not regret it at all - she is an amazing cook! Salvacion is a small but lovely town with plenty of small grocery shops, but no ATM, so cash is important. As for trips, Carolina and her husband have a lot of knowledge of local guides, hikes, sight-seeing... etc. so you will be in safe hands! We cannot recommend this place enough!

We LOVED this beautiful space and appreciated the way Alvin helped us along our stay with his connections. He knows someone for everything:) He even helped us find someone to help us with our dog. There is a big yard, an outdoor kitchen area that we made pizza with. The kitchen inside has lots of the tools you need to make your meals-even salt from the Maras! There were blankets to stay warm (no heat in Peru was something we didn't think about ahead of time). We had a few issues with hot water (only in the morning) but he walked us through the heating system. We also struggled with consistent wifi (that was hard for work-from-home-via-video-needs) but Alvin really worked with us to get a technician to come out a few times until the problem was solved. You will appreciate the small details, and the big ones too at this place. The host has really taken good care of the space and takes good care of his guests too. Thank you Alvin for making Peru such a wonderful stop on our adventure.

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Was greeted with a great dinner that I ate by a campfire. Breakfast was brough to the front porch even though I was leaving early in the morning. The family was super friendly and definitely highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at katty’s place. The property was clean, cozy, spacious, and the amenities, decor, view exceeded my expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sacred Valley I hope to return again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay at Karen’s. We had trouble finding the home but Karen’s husband was kind enough to come out to meet us and helped make us feel welcome. Karen is very responsive and added to a wonderful experience for me and my friends. If you don’t want to go out for food, I highly recommend taking advantage of the personal chef that Karen offers. Karen and Rosita prepared delicious meals for us. Karen is a pastry chef and her tiramisu is divine! The hot water worked great for everyone and lots of room for all to have their own space (we had a group of 5). The area is gated with ample parking so I felt very safe leaving my car there. It is a community of condos in close proximity with wide open windows in the main living areas so you don’t get much privacy there. Of course, bedroom areas have shades. It’s a great place to get away from the noise and traffic of Cusco city and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Valle Sagrado.

My second time staying with Maca and Diego. They’re truly wonderful people! They have a beautiful property, and I would recommend it to anyone who’s interested in staying in Ollantaytambo.
