We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

Vanda's apartment is excellent, better than in the photos. It is quite spacious and well divided. The condominium is excellent, with a mini-market, top-notch gym and swimming pool. The tower of Vanda's apartment is the first one, three elevators, a quiet neighborhood and a super helpful concierge. The space itself was extremely clean and organized. All necessary utensils and working perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Super near the subway. Anyway, I recommend it and I will stay more often. Great cost x benefit.

I thought it was really nice. It has the necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, coffee powder, sugar, chocolate, tea. There was already a bottle of water in the fridge. Things I found very useful upon my arrival. Very clean and organized environment, just as pictured. Small treats like candies, chocolates and a welcome message!!! There's a grocery store in the building. Great location. Staff I had contact with: very helpful and polite!!! Anyway, as soon as I need to, I'll go back to the same place! Thanks!!!

I had a great experience staying at Alice's apartment. In addition to being new, the building is very well located, close to several points of interest in the city. The apartment has a very beautiful decoration, was impeccably clean, and has the ideal size and amenities for a pleasant stay. The highlight is the incredible view of the city. I liked it a lot. Extremely clean loft. Exactly as in the photos! The area is very nice, quiet and it seemed very safe too. I traveled alone and that's why this factor was very important. The room has everything you need for a good night's sleep. Jessé is also very polite and helpful. I'll definitely stay in the same place next time I go to São Paulo.
