The house was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The little karaoke machine was lots of fun!!!! The host was very friendly!!!!!!!

It was a short vacation with my husband and family, but we enjoyed it a lot. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The area is very quiet and being able to use the pool was fantastic, communication with Scott was pleasant. They have many amazing places to visit, including restaurants. I can only say thank you so much for letting us stay at your house and take care of it as if it were ours. We hope to be able to return for next year.☺️

This was the best Airbnb and/or B&B experience we’ve ever had. Johanna and Michael are the perfect hosts and their house and hospitality are off the charts. The reviews are all spot on and this is a true B&B experience. Johanna went overboard to ensure my family’s comfort and stay were amazing. We would DEFINITELY stay again. It was one of the best parts of our OBX experience. Thank you so much Johanna for everything. You are the bestest host ever!!!

Stop searching for a place and book this one. Right now. If you're looking for a tranquil oasis to get away from it all, this is the property for you. The house itself was relaxing and spectacular. I never wanted to leave the sunroom! Yoga with Mari was so much fun and we even got to visit baby goats on the farm with Kristen. The only warning I have is- be prepared to never want to leave. I'm already excited to return! There were fresh eggs left for us, as well as freshly baked blueberry bread. The soap from the goat farm was divine! Be sure to spend plenty of time in the hot tub and get out and look at all of the stars. Nature is truly beautiful in this place. If I could give it ten stars, I would. Thank you, Quang and Mari for such an incredible stay!

Staying with Jo & Mike over Labor Day weekend was the best decision ever! It was truly a home away from home. We wanted to get away for a relaxing weekend at the beach and that's exactly what we got. Their home is beautiful! Everything was super comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious...not even gonna lie, we helped ourselves to seconds! We loved that the beach was only a few minutes away, so convenient and definitely a plus. And the best part was getting to know Jo & Mike. I can honestly say we now have friends in the Outer Banks! No doubt their home will be the only place we'll stay in next time we're in town.

Perfect place to stay! Incredibly clean and plenty of room! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Elizabeth City area. Within walking distance to local coffee shops and downtown restaurants. Easy instructions for arrival and off street parking. Peaceful and all amenities needed were there! Great hospitality!

Great location - loved the outside area with the porch and pier. I loved watching the rain come in over the bay. Very friendly hosts and beautiful dogs. I'd love to return here one day.

Super cozy bed and great shower. We always enjoy our stay. Great location, perfect walking distance to downtown area. Enjoyed fresh hot brewed coffee in the kitchen in the early morning before my walk. So relaxing! We will be back again.

Kelly and Rick are amazing hosts! They open their house up for you to feel at home and when other guests are around it feels like a family get together! If you are into dogs they have two amazing dogs that have a big bark but larger hearts and will not be upset if you pet them. Kelly and Rick went above and beyond this weekend when some of my friends had their hotel reservations cancelled without notice and then immediately began calling around and found a place for my friends to stay. If you need a place to stay do not skip and just book!

Our second stay at The Culpepper Inn and we will be back! Well-appointed, spotless room and bathroom, very comfortable bed and superb shower. Good variety of complimentary foods for breakfast including eggs to cook yourself, homemade coffee cakes, cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice. Beautiful, well-kept grounds and pool to enjoy. Holly and Michael are wonderful hosts and responsive to requests. We love it here!

Holly and Michael were very responsive and attentive hosts. Got to meet Michael who recommended the Albemarle Museum. That was lovely, so glad we went there. Ate at two of the restaurant recommendations Sushi and Bistro were also great! Wonderful coffee spot called "Muddy Waters" within walking distance; went there both mornings for that shot of espresso. Easy self check-in/check-out lots of signage and instructions on continental breakfast. Beautiful and tranquil property, had a very nice experience.

Greg & Linda were incredible hosts, their B&B is full of charm and authenticity. My room was exceptional, quiet, comfortable, beautiful view. Every night I walked to the dock to watch the sunset. Only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, will definitely come back again.
