The perfect spot for peace and quiet! We had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend to unplug, and enjoy nature.

This was our second time at Linda's amazing cabins/land. We tried the larger cabin vs. the smaller one we stayed in back in October of 2024. Both cabins were perfect! Literally nothing negative to say! We love the location and our pup loves it too! We will be back in September :)

Stayed here with my Mom. Had relatives in the area come over to visit each day. Very peaceful and spacious. Watched the blood worm moon from here. Picked up pies from Beacon’s Point for pi day. Enjoyed the bird watching as well and I should have brought binoculars! Saw a deer in the yard in the morning and a couple of Canadian geese in the evening.

After seeing The Octagon advertised on another platform, I immediately knew that I had to check it out. Mary did not disappoint! It was everything that I imagined it could be and exceeded expectations. The Octagon sits on a private 5 acres the reveals itself only after navigating through a winding driveway into a clearing. There, it will feel as if you entered another world. With all the aesthetics of an old homestead, yet modern amenities (EXCEPTIONAL WIFI for the area) you won’t regret coming and will never want to leave. The Octagon is THEE PERFECT place to enjoy the Ozarks. We will be back very soon!!

Heron house is amazing! Just sit on the patio and watch the river, or go down to the shore and put a hook in the water. It was so relaxing. The house itself is very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. There was a welcome snack basket, fresh flower bouquet, plus fresh milk in the refrigerator. Chris and Margo are absolutly the best hosts! Thank you so much for a great getaway!

We stayed here 4 nights while visiting family. It was honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in or looked at within the area. . After driving almost 600 miles, we were relieved to walk in to this place. The house was clean, comfortable and affordable. The host was very friendly and helpful. I am kind of disappointed that the house is for sale because we would definitely return to rent!!

The house was beautiful, and it was exactly what we needed. Misty was a great communicator and was friendly and quickly responsive when I had questions or needed to communicate. I was staying here on a school trip with several teenagers for a Student Council Convention when Poplar Bluff was hit by intense storms and tornadoes. The house was perfect and we felt safe and secure in the basement. We had no problems during our stay and will gladly stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

This place punches way above its weight class in terms of accommodations in Pocahontas AR. You’ll feel like you’re staying at a luxury resort in Europe with the attention to details and features of the room. Not only that, a good amount of research has gone into the history of the building, enhancing the experience and giving a beautiful story to tell your friends and family afterwards. Will definitely be staying again.

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

We were in town for a funeral as a family of 4. Patrick was very kind to set up air mattresses for both of my boys. All the amenities were provided for a most comfortable and easy stay. Would recommend 100%. Our family is from this area, it is nice to see a historical site beautifully renovated into something for people to enjoy. Located in a walkable cute square with cute shops.

Place was as described. Very flexible, clean, & host is friendly & accommodating. Access to the campground below is a very nice perk!

Naomi’s place was perfect! We stayed a night due to being without power from a recent storm. All the granite in the house was beautiful, beds were super comfortable, and everything was very clean and cozy! Will definitely recommend to all my out of town friends/family!

This was a great place to stay while in Mountain Home! Lovely decor and very cozy! Beds were comfortable, place was clean, plenty of dishes etc, also they provided k cups and a few little snacks which were nice after traveling all day. Plenty of room for our family visiting us while we were in town. So convenient to everything. There is a wonderful little coffee shop across the street and restaurants, bakery, and other neat little shops very close by too. Amy was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again.
