Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Current River

This is our rental property of choice for the Ironton/Arcadia area. The owners are very friendly and responsive, the home is quiet and bucolic, and it is still close to everything in town. There is plenty of room for a family with several children, and it has two full bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. The wifi speed is good and the entire house and patio have good signal strength, and the TV supports popular streaming services and Airplay. We have stayed at other places, both AirBnB and hotels, but this place quickly became our favorite.

Excellent house with an excellent host! By far the most attentive host and the house is stocked to the gills with everything you could possibly need. The house is super cool!!

Sandy is an amazing host! The property was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean property and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware utensils to make home cooked meals. She knew that I wasn't from the area and provided me with information for the area as well as upcoming festivities in the community. We had to make a last minute change to our reservation and extend our stay. She was very prompt with the responses and extremely amenable to our changes. She is very interactive with her guests and will respond quickly with any questions. I will definitely try to stay there again if I get the chance.

After seeing The Octagon advertised on another platform, I immediately knew that I had to check it out. Mary did not disappoint! It was everything that I imagined it could be and exceeded expectations. The Octagon sits on a private 5 acres the reveals itself only after navigating through a winding driveway into a clearing. There, it will feel as if you entered another world. With all the aesthetics of an old homestead, yet modern amenities (EXCEPTIONAL WIFI for the area) you won’t regret coming and will never want to leave. The Octagon is THEE PERFECT place to enjoy the Ozarks. We will be back very soon!!

The house was very clean and we loved the back deck. We came to hike the area so didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but it did meet all of our expectations. The Sands restaurant had a good breakfast and they were only a couple of minutes down the road. All in all we had a great time hiking the area and would stay here again in the future to maybe float the river and do more hiking.

A wonderful backup plan and place to stay when our original plans fell through on the first night of our trip. complete opposite of our horrible first night experience at a different place and was very satisfying to get a good rest and be comfortable in our rental Matthew provided.

We stayed here 4 nights while visiting family. It was honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in or looked at within the area. . After driving almost 600 miles, we were relieved to walk in to this place. The house was clean, comfortable and affordable. The host was very friendly and helpful. I am kind of disappointed that the house is for sale because we would definitely return to rent!!

Rocking Chair Resort was perfect for our stay near Lake Norfork. Jane was helpful as I was looking for last minute availability on a busy weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay with Stephanie! She greeted us with coffee from her coffee shop. Being in a more rural area, it was so nice to be staying on top of her coffee shop so we could pop down for coffees and snacks as needed. Super close to Johnson’s Shut ins, elephant rock state park and Taum Sauk state park as well!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Kathy had a clean room and the beds were super comfy!

This was our 2nd stay at the Rustic Retreat, it's just a great place. Just as described. As mentioned in the description, there's no Internet or cable TV but they have you set for entertainment with the largest DVD selection I've seen since Blockbuster closed lol. Games and books as well. So peaceful to just sit and disconnect for a weekend. Kitchen is well stocked too. Definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for me and my family, right on the river and next to the calico rock trout dock.

The view is better than you could imagine. If you like outdoors and getting away, this is the place. Had fun at the river, had fun with target practice, had fun with the ATV's. If it were a little later in the warm season, I bet the fishing would have better too! Great Place.

3 old friends enjoyed 3 days of fishing at Montauk. The location and cabin were perfect for us. Historically we have stayed in a cabin in the park, but moving forward we will be staying at the Blue Ribbon. It is ride outside the park, a very short drive, much more peaceful and much nicer for a similar price. Highly recommend staying here for a fishing trip to Montauk.

My family of 6 could not have asked for more accommodating & pleasant hosts. Bob & Beth were super responsive if we had any questions about the area or where items might be to restock since we stayed for 12 days! Such a tranquil cabin with nature's beauty surrounding the entire area.

We had an amazing time at Bertucci’s cabin in Arkansas! The location is easy to get to, and the cabin itself is cozy and full of charm. Nick is hands-down the best host you could ask for—super welcoming and helpful. He even has an amazing book! The night skies were absolutely breathtaking, perfect for stargazing. The pond was a hit with everyone, especially with the free kayaking available. My personal favorite was the shooting range—such a cool feature! The kids loved being out in nature, feeding ducks, and exploring. The trails around the property were beautiful and full of unique rocks, making every walk an adventure. And don’t even get me started on the hot tub spa—pure bliss! One small issue was some other guests arriving with loud, off-leash dogs, which made things a bit hectic. But aside from that, the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to enjoy nature with a few awesome extras!

This was my 3rd time staying at Tammy's Cabin. It is always clean and is just the right size for me while I'm traveling for work. Love sitting out front with the birds singing and the wind blowing through the trees.
