The apartment is very well located, clean and organized. The entrance and exit of the apartment is facilitated by the electronic gate and parking space, as well as by the elevator that can be picked up in the garage. If you return to Lages, I will take this apartment as a priority.

Simply amazing. The apartment met all our expectations. Everything was very clean and organized. The apartment is very complete, and has everything needed for short and long stays. The location is really privileged, as it is close to the center, but at the same time it is located in a very quiet and quiet street. We had a great stay, and in addition, Robson is an amazing host, always considerate, helpful and willing to help. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is excellent, with a large number of amenities and the cleanliness is also very good. The custom-made furniture and the great quality bed are differentials. The location is central, minutes from supermarkets, restaurants and other places of interest in Lages. We would certainly stay in the apartment again!

Rita's Airbnb stay in Lages was simply amazing! The space is impeccably clean and smelling, which has made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, making it very easy for our commutes to the city. Also, Rita, always very dear and attentive. The supplied towels and blankets were in great condition, and the space of the apartment is very well distributed, providing all the comfort we needed. We're definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great location and location. Checkin was very quiet, as I took the key with the doorman, who was very helpful. The place was clean and organized, and it was exactly as described. Communication with Rubens was very quiet too. I highly recommend it!!

Great accommodation, both Nayara and her mother, who served us, were extremely considerate and kind. They explained how the building worked, schedules, etc. and were available for any questions. The apartment was very well organized, cozy space, large and well located. I would definitely come back more often if needed.
