Exceptional place, very clean & comfortable. Terry Ann definitely surpassed our expectations, everything was well thought out with attention to detail from large tv with Netflix, lots of plugs, enough linens, washer & dryer etc. Everything was as listed. Terry Ann was a remarkable host; very responsive, warm & welcoming. Once this place is available don’t hesitate to book because I will ;). Will definitely recommend and I will be back.

Daniel’s place was way more than what was described. The apartment is very clean, organized, modernized private, secured with a great view of the city. Daniel is very responsive and even went out of his way to provide what was not in the apartment that we needed. I will recommend the place and will definitely stay here again if I find myself in port of spain in the future. Has all amenities and the night view is going to give a lasting memory.

The apartment is well laid out and clean. The stay was quiet most of the time minus the neighbors dogs.

Dave was very hospitable. Easy to contact with and was very accommodating. Dave had water and other necessities at the apartment for us to use when we came. Dave showed us how to get around using public transportation and showed us how and where to find local foods. The location was great and felt very secure. I would definitely choose this location as my first choice when visiting Trinidad in the future.

This was a lovely apartment so clean and spacious and really close to great restaurants like Olive House and The Ivy. Also a short ride to One Woodbrook place and the Avenue. There was a temporary issue with the gate remote key which was replaced by the management team after some communication back and forth. Overall would highly recommend this spot as a home away from home stay - the pool area was great to chill out by too.

This was the perfect stay for me and my big group of friends! Kai is probably the most responsive host I’ve ever had and him and his mom were super helpful during our stay! I would highly recommend Kai’s space for anyone visiting Trinidad!

I visited Trinidad for work and needed a place where I could feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep — and that’s exactly what I found here. The place was clean, with fresh bedding and good-quality towels. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated the warm touch of her mom staying up late to make sure I arrived safely — even though check-in is super easy with a key box, so you can arrive at whatever time suits you. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful hosts!

I felt extremely comfortable during my stay. It feels like a home away from home. Good location and check in went smoothly. It was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. I will book again during my next trip to Trinidad.

This was my second time staying here! This property is safe, well cared for and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, modern appliances, and the kitchen has every amenities to make your stay comfortable. It’s feels like your home away from home.

Great value for.the price. easy to find 10.min walk to all the markets and 5 min walk to public transport. Very nice the washroom had nice soap set with wash puff. The fridge and microwave was like new clean. Great security system as a female solo traveler to Trinidad for the first time it was perfect for Carnival. And communication was excellent 👌

Gwen's place is perfectly located and was really easy to get to. It allowed us to get to wherever we wanted too by foot and with the on-site parking we could leave the car without worrying about anything. The place is cozy and cool and Gwen was very helpful at all times. I would happily stay again!

All our expectations were met, just what we were looking for, quite and very peaceful, easily accessible to all the shops and restaurants. This is our second stay ay David's place. we certainly would be back. very cleam and modern.

Deborah is a very engaged host. Our flight was delayed but she made sure we got access and were settled in. The apartment was better than described and super cozy. The location is close enough to Port of Spain but also a central point for being able to reach other parts of the island. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Marcia is a fantastic host and we always look forward to staying with her during our trip to Trinidad. On this occasion, we had to leave some luggage with her for our weekend trip to Tobago and she was very accommodating. She also made sure to help us with kitchen equipment like knives and hot water module when it wasn't working properly. Marcia is always repsonsive and picks up phone calls at any given time. She leaves behind great treats and amenities and we it feels like our home away from home whenever we visit.

This is one of the BEST 👌 & I mean BEST places of stay Ive ever been to. what really captured ny attention is the self technological check in, where the code was available with a keypad at your door which is very very private, modern and convenient 😀 secondly; upon entering inside OMG! MODERN, CLEAAAN, WELL KEPT APARTMENT! 👌 👏 TO the host.. WELL DONE. YOU UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT 💯😊 GREAT PLACE. Oh and btw the body lotion smells amazing. Thank you for making my wife and I especially my wife happy. 💕

Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight. Walking in, I immediately felt a sense of peace and security. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and impeccably clean. The living room exuded lovely and homey vibes, seamlessly connecting to a well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The outdoor area was perfect, offering serenity in its fullest bloom. Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. This apartment is centrally located, clean, easy accessible, lots of space and it is in a complex with great restaurants. If you are looking to stay in one of the nicer, more happening parts of POS, this is a great choice. Communication with Mario was super easy, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was wonderful. It was exactly like the pictures welcoming clean and cozy. The only thing I was confused about was communicating with different people but they were all helpful. I was grateful to be allowed to stay here.

I have stayed quite a few places in this World and I can say without question this is one of the Best. The views are some of the most immaculate in Port of Spain. The condos are exactly as described and well worth it, me & my family would stay here anytime.
