nice location and hosts were very accommodating. Snacks were left for us and beach/snorkeling gear. If I had to say anything negative it would be the hill we had to walk with our luggage coming in. After I asked, we were allowed to park of Pine St. We could walk to the water but could not walk the beach as it was all Rocky. I would also use another car rental next time. We felt for the money we were given a no so safe older vehicle. Gas tank also misread how much gas was in it so it was hard to tell when we needed to fill up. Contacted Marsha and she acknowledged my concern but never offered to give us another vehicle. I was also told $90 for 7 days and was charged for 8 days. Overall nice trip and very accommodating hosts. Thank you.

This is our second stay here in four weeks. It was extremely comfortable for our work team, and Dom was very considerate of check-in and check-out times. Everything you need for a perfect stay is available, including sunscreen, beach umbrellas and chairs. We'll be back.

This little cottage is a gem! Perfect location at the center of Eleuthera but also offers seclusion. Eleuthera vibes is the perfect getaway! We really enjoyed staying and will be back again!

Our stay in Eleuthera was absolutely incredible, and this Airbnb made it all the more special. The hosts truly thought of everything — from the little touches that made it feel like home to the thoughtful details that made our beach vacation effortless and family-friendly. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort and style so well, especially one that works so seamlessly for families. We loved how close it was to the beach and how easy it was to settle in and just be. And the view at night? Unbelievable. Easily the most stunning nighttime view I’ve ever seen — peaceful, starlit skies over the ocean that felt like something out of a dream. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great location to base ourselves for exploring the island. The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable with a great view. Joy and Dom were both really helpful and responsive and gave us a lot of info on things to do/places to go on the island. Check-in was very easy. Would stay here again for sure 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at On The Rocks for our family vacation with a 1 year old. The house is decorated beautifully and was super clean with fresh bedding. If you're looking for a place to truly unplug, this is the place. The view is stunning and the local beach is a short walk away. We couldn't believe we got an entire beach to ourselves! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed, which made it easy to pack light. It is definitely remote – which is a amazing if you're looking for peace and quiet, but might not be for you if you're looking for something close to hustle and bustle of a town. The road in from the highway took about 10 minutes to get to the house. There are a handful of restaurants under a 20 minute drive and we enjoyed meals at El Karaka, Big Daddy's, and The Cove. We also did day trips to Harbour Island and French Leave beach (would recommend Tippy's as a place to spend an afternoon). We'd highly recommend On the Rocks or Due South!

Wonderful house in a local neighborhood. The home is incredibly well designed, furnished and supplied. We only needed to purchase water & food, everything else was there, including plenty of toilet paper! ☺️ As others have noted here in their reviews, the home is located in a very local neighborhood in a fairly industrial part of town (boat cargo docks). Expect to meet your neighbors and become part of the hood. Being a long time visitor of Eleuthera, we knew what to expect, as interaction with the locals is one of our favorite parts of Eleuthera and what makes it different from other islands. That said, you can expect noisier evenings in this neighborhood, especially on the weekends. During the week, it’s really not all that bad, but we did have an incredibly loud evening on our last night (Friday night) with loud music until around 3-4am. Ronnie’s bar/club is only about 100’ away, and the DJ played loud thumping music, along with his voice over the microphone, until past 3am.
