Vacation rentals with a patio in Cupecoy Beach

Definitely stay at Nadiia’s place. From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Super clean, has everything you need and more. The video to help assist with directions was perfect. Very close to the Super U grocery store and great restaurants. Super quiet area. We loved the outdoor kitchen/porch. Drying rack came in handy for the beach towels etc. We won’t even think twice of where to stay when we go back to St. Martin. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Ce séjour fut parfait :) L’accueil chaleureux de Marie dans son studio magnifiquement bien situé juste en face du lagon avec sa superbe vue. Ce studio longe la plage et tout l’endroit est sécurisé à mon grand bonheur. Une épicerie, une pharmacie, une boulangerie et plusieurs excellents resto sont à quelques pas … Sa grande disponibilité, tous ses conseils et références d’incontournables … une gastronomie et des cocktails incroyables vous attend. Nous avons décidé de louer une voiture ce qui est un must pour la liberté et le coût comparé au taxi et Marie nous a référé Best car rental ; vraiment excellent comme service, on nous a apporté la voiture à notre Airbnb et on nous a accompagner à l’aéroport au départ Je n’oublierai jamais ces moments avec ma fille ♥️ I love Saint-Martin

This place was in a great location between Maho and Mullet beach. Lots of great restaurants were close as well as a grocery store. Her place had a beautiful view and included a small lunch bag cooler to use during the day which was so helpful along with beach towels. The beach towels now are a must purchase for us because we loved them. The host was so wonderful and answered any questions we had. She left us snacks and water bottles. We would definitely stay at this place again.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

We had an amazing stay! The location was wonderful and the hotel staff were so friendly. We especially loved the Cabana Bar staff. This unit was well equipped-beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We would definitely return!

Amazing place! The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt very homely and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone!

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon en netjes. Fijn dat de keuken zo compleet is! Heerlijk zwembad. Heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden. Privé, in een fijn en rustig gebied op Sint Maarten. Wijk wordt avond en nacht afgesloten met een dicht hek, veilig 👍 Meneer Gilles reageert altijd snel en vriendelijk. Ik vertelde dat ik theedoeken miste, die werden al snel gekocht en bij ons afgeleverd. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!!

We had a fantastic time at our vow renewal at the villa! Thank you so much for accommodating us and allowing us to use such a beautiful space for our special day. While there were a few minor hiccups, the team was incredibly prompt in resolving them, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, it was a memorable experience!

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Le studio correspond en tous points à la description. La vue est tellement belle et le son des vagues agréable, qu’il faisait bon prendre notre déjeuner et souper sur le balcon ! La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger, la laveuse a été très appréciée voyageant en carry on et tout le studio est très fonctionnel. Virginie et Karine sont vraiment des super hôtes ! Avons passé un superbe séjour et je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !!!

The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.
