Beachfront vacation rentals in Cupecoy Beach

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

An amazing place even better in person

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

Absolutely Amazing!! ...Tibo was a fabulous host and made our stay!! The views... the vibes..the food...the sound of the waves ...Nothing else needed.. Truly so cool and very unique...no where else we would rather stay... Thanks for sharing your little piece of Paradise. See you soon!

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! l'appartement est très joliment agencé et meublé. On ne saurait tenir rigueur des traces d'infiltration dans le dressing, après des orages tropicaux. Marie est très réactive, très sympathique, et nous a communiqué de nombreuses adresses de restaurants et lieux à voir pendant le séjour. La résidence est très calme, sécurisée. Prendre son café du matin face à la mer est un vrai bonheur.

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Really appreciated the clear instructions given by Elizabeth it made everything stress free. The appartement was exactly as description and photos. Lots of good restaurants in the area too

His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

Très beau séjour chez Vincent! Le loft est merveilleusement bien décoré avec sa touche bord de mer, le son des vagues, la vue sur l’eau, c’est vraiment comme si on est sur un bateau. Nous avons loué une voiture et à 5 minutes du loft, il y a la magnifique plage Baie Rouge. Sinon, un peu plus loin, Mullet aussi très belle plage et on peut louer chaises et parasols pour la journée. Sandy Ground est très bien situé, près de l’aéroport, de Maho Beach, voir les avions de si près, est vraiment impressionnant!! Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Vincent, tout y est pour un séjour mémorable.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

I must start by saying that this host made my stay wonderful. The unit was in a great location for walking, driving, busing, beaching, eating, sight seeing, hiking, biking... you name it! This is the perfect place for someone who is outdoorsy like myself and just need a quick place to shower and sleep. I think I showered more than I slept lol... but you would understand why if you had only three nights on such a gorgeous island. The private balcony is also great to just sit and enjoy the nature around you. I will add, that he ordered me lunch and had it delivered... and had a treat sent as well after finding out it was my birthday :-) Ricky is the best!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Rachel is so sweet! Place was amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely recommend her place! I would love to live here lol her place so cozy and nice, everything is perfect!
