Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cumberland County

Black Spruce lane has everything that any group would want for a stay - rain or shine. The house is perfect for a family, couples trip, or group of friends. Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Games, Chefs kitchen, you name it, this place has it all! The house exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 12, and everyone had more than enough room and slept comfortably. The location was a perfect central hub to golf a couple rounds at Northumberland Links. The house is very well laid out for when you want some quiet time. Thank you for the great stay, welcoming us into your home, and accommodating our group, George. 10/10. Cheers!

This place was amazing. I was just there for the weekend but it would be nice for longer stays as well. Comfortable beds, spacious living area, clean and well organized. Would defiantly stay again if I’m in the area 10/10

Isabelle’s house was amazing. Quiet, gorgeous sunsets and peaceful surroundings. Isabelle was a fantastic host who responded to our every question within minutes! Pleasant, polite & super friendly, it was a pleasure dealing with her! The house was the best stocked house I have ever rented. Every time we looked for something, there it was. The games room downstairs was so much fun! We played pool and darts as a family and had many laughs! I would recommend this beautiful house without hesitation. Isabelle made us feel so welcome! Very nice place, modern and comfortable. Extremely well equipped and clean. A great spot for relaxing. Lots of nearby hiking activities and great experience at nearby Jost Winery. Overall very good.

Paula and Douglas thought of everything with their property. Everything that you would need for a stay was there and more. House was absolutely pristine, beautiful furniture, perfect decor, wonderful views. They have made this house a fantastic home. Thank you for making our couple of days incredible. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Justin’s home . From the moment we arrived, Justin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family. He was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I was staying with my family and suddenly the TV stopped working so next day he brought new TV for us or simply being available when needed, Justin truly made a difference in our experience. The place was clean, well-equipped, quiet and exactly as described . We felt right at home, and a big part of that was thanks to Justin’s kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

This was a great spot to stay. Very affordable and had everything you need. Fire pit in the backyard and close to walking trails. Tim hortons 5 mins up the road for an added bonus. :)

We loved Janine’s place overlooking the bay, even with cloudy weather it was a gorgeous view to wake up to. We had no trouble finding the place and getting in and felt comfortable in the apartment right away, we also felt safer knowing Janine was nearby if we needed anything - though the apartment had everything we needed and more! It was so nice being surrounded by nature and seeing the swallows nesting, red wing blackbirds snacking, and even a hawk circling over the trees. Close to town with the restaurants and Farmer’s Market on Saturday, but still a quiet area with almost no one around other than the locals. We also really enjoyed our Tidal Bay from nearby Jost vineyard - coincidentally one of my favourites! We were able to barbecue and make a fully locally sourced meal, and the bed was so comfortable. Thanks again Janine, we loved seeing you two working hard on the farm, we’ll be back!

Nice unit facing the eastern part of the bay. 2 minute drive to Hopewell Rocks. Wendy was very informative. Alma is a great location for restaurants in the area.

Great place, great stay - would return. I was in for a quick night and was able to get there in time to fish off the beach and managed to catch a few striped bass. Very nice place.

Wonderful views, even better then the pictures can capture! Very cozy little cabin, perfect for a quite get away! The host was very kind, easy going, and welcoming. Great for a nice warm stay after a day of hiking around the Fundy area!

We were looking for a quiet relaxing getaway to be surrounded by nature. This place fit the bill perfectly. Standing on the front deck you hear nothing but birds and wind in the trees. You have a spectacular view of the ocean and there is very little traffic on the road (maybe 1 car every hour or 2) it's a small cabin that's exactly big enough to provide everything you need to be comfortable. I wish that I had spent a few more days there.

This was one of our favorite stays. We loved the horses and chickens and the surroundings were so peaceful. The cabin has so many personal touches and fun decor that made the place so cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Location was very country and peaceful but anything you could need was within a 10 minutes drive. I can not say enough about the hosts themselves.....amazing peeps :) They were there anytime we needed them or had any questions. Friendly and accommodating to any needs. 5 stars all around

Fun rustic cottage with a wood stove. Loved spending time with friends by the fire. Host was well prepared, communicated clearly and quickly. Everything we saw in photos was accurate. Pleased with our choice and would go again for sure.

Fantastic find! The cabin itself is utterly adorable, yet has everything you need. Location felt magical - cabin backs onto a little river, there were huge black willow trees and wild flowers and deer prints in the sand. Off the bedroom, there's a completely screened in deck so you can enjoy the nature without all the bugs. Shower pressure is lack luster, but the overall charm of the place was such that I am planning to go back for a longer stay.

Only disappointment was we didn’t get to see any moose, nothing Tracy could do about that.😄

Highly recommend this beautiful peaceful paradise. We had a wonderful time. View is beautiful, lake is large, dock is perfect and an excellent large front deck and fire pit to sit back and relax.

We had a fantastic stay! Robert was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. His hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The property itself is cozy, charming, and wonderfully private—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna and hot tub, which added a unique and rustic touch to the experience. The wood-fired pizza oven was another highlight—easily some of the best pizza we’ve ever made! We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you again, Robert, for a memorable stay!
