Year round water - very deep in front of the dock and in boat house. Many amenities in the house to include a pool table and foosball table. A wonderful place for a family vacation. Located just 45 minutes from Birmingham provides a nice place to stay for Business travelers.

The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment.
