These folks are not just Hosts, they are The best Hosts that I’ve used thus far. We checked in a day late due to my work and weather . I asked Ben if I could pay for a late checkout, to let the kids fish since the storms kept us inside.and he wouldn’t take a dime for it. We had the place until 3 if we wanted it. We had Tornado warnings and we in fact did have to get into the safe zone of the house which Lela had made sure to reach out and tell us that location along with emergency supplies and flashlights. Hands down professional, down to earth, and prepared. They set a very high bar!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home. Kendall provided all the information we needed and was responsive when I did have a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place. Perfect little secluded corner of the lake. Had everything we could need. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. excellent host.

This was an amazing vacation for my family. Took the kids for spring break they enjoyed fishing, hiking, the hot tub, and game room. It was such a peaceful getaway the scenery was amazing I loved how private it was also. I’ve already reccomended it to many friends and family for a lovely quiet getaway.

Rock Hill Retreat is a great place to get together with family and friends. It was truly a home away from home. The spaces offered great opportunities to visit and play games. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the fire pit was wonderful for smores. The jacuzzi was really great with strong jets (even though it was cold outside). The workout room and sauna were well utilized and the walking trails up the hill were fun as well !! All in All a very memorable experience.

Beautiful! We had a great time at this cabin and absolutely loved it! It was fun hiking, and watching the deer from the porch! The owner was very responsive when we messaged him with a question. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable time and had plenty of space for the entire family. We definitely plan on making a return trip in the future.

The host Dave was very friendly and accomodating! It was very clean and the view was amazing.

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

Our family felt right at home. We loved the privacy of this beautiful home. We always felt safe. The location is very convenient to the interstate. We could not have asked for a better temporary housing experience. We really fell in love with housing amenities like the family room, kitchen, walk-in shower, beautiful large completely fenced backyard, large windows to look out and feel at peace. We absolutely loved this place! The kids especially enjoyed the pool — it was a major highlight and made the trip even more fun. The home is secluded, which gave us peace and privacy, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel extra special. The bathroom was stunning, and the sauna was such a great bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just beautiful. Although we had to travel an hour to Huntsville for our activities, we didn’t mind the drive at all because we knew we were coming back to such a wonderful home. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at the farm. My teenage sons enjoyed fishing on a boat, kayaking , paddle boarding. My husband and I enjoyed feeding goats. Steve, Susan and their children are nice and friendly.

This cabin is in the prime location near the boat launch. Ideal for anyone planning to bring a boat to the private pier for this residence.

This is a lovely home dating to the Arts and Crafts era in a newly revitalized area of Birmingham. Erin accepted our reservations late in the day and with very little time (about 1/2 hour) before our arrival. The home was in ship shape with warm lights on to welcome us. I kept going back to one bedroom to marvel at the restored wooden ceiling. So pretty! We loved our stay and give our hosts and lodgings thumbs up.

I chose Clint’s place due to the close proximity to the Finley Center. This was a great spot close to everything but quiet and peaceful too. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were told that the pool area would be open during our visit but it was closed. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Clint was very responsive when needed.

The home was very clean and welcoming, she gave very good & clear instructions about everything. I love everything about the home, it was relaxing and I got a good night's rest nightly.

My friends and I stayed for a week for an event and it was a great place! All of our dogs loved the yard and loved being able to stretch their legs out there. The house itself was amazing! Super clean and pet friendly! If the event we go to hosts in Decatur again we would definitely stay again.

Joy’s place was a great place to stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and very inviting. This is definitely a place we will stay again. She was very responsive when we needed her. The area of the home is so close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone that is staying in the area.

The house was great for what we needed!! The host was incredibly responsive, even with an issue we had with the house they were so quick to do everything they could and communicated with us at every step. Super quiet neighborhood for our weeks stay! Hosts were excellent!

Frog Stomp was everything that was described and more! The house was so wonderful, clean and tidy, with everything we needed! Justin was so nice and responsive, he made me aware if he would be coming to the property so as not to alarm me or my dogs. The path they set up around the property is a great addition, especially with my dogs! I highly recommend staying here & I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house that even looked better in person than in the pictures. The host was very responsive and provided every detail we needed to feel at home. Plenty of linens which made our stay more enjoyable. Great location in downtown Birmingham that was only a quick drive to everything we needed.

My family was in town for a wedding and it is always great to find a place that will take pets and has a fenced in yard! The house was very clean, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds! The fenced yard was very big. It was a perfect place for my crew! Rod worked with us on a situation that came up on our end at checkout and was absolutely wonderful! He responded very fast to my messages! I highly recommend staying here if you are going to be visiting the Huntsville area, location was great! Lots of restaurants close by too.
