Vacation rentals with beach access in Culebra Bay

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The condo was as described and is in a great location. The views are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The little beach is great and there are many iguana around the property, much to the delight of our child. The pool was clean and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and Just what I was looking for. A quiet, nice and clean place to stay before my race. Also felt safe and I was travelling solo. Very responsive host. I will definitely return.

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. 5 Stars – Best Airbnb I’ve Stayed In! This place was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent—just 50 yards from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean every day. The home itself was spotless, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vidal was amazing—super helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Hands down, this is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Had a great stay! I walked to get coffee every morning at Java! There were restaurants within walking distance and the beach was close too. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

This place was absolutely flawless. The beauty of the views, the pools, the shuttles were perfect! We cannot say enough kind words about his service and the home. His communication is amazing. He even gave us a wonderful recommendation for snorkeling and we had a blast.

This place was the bomb. It was so beautiful, well appointed, totally well prepared for visitors with all Our needs. We loved it!!! We had a chance to recharge after a week of travel at hotels and couldn’t ask for a better place than this.

The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

¡Nos encanta! Ya nos hemos hospedado dos veces y es hermoso. El condo es súper cómodo y está totalmente equipado. La reserva preciosa y el Beach Club nos encanta para pasar el día. La playa es de las más lindas del país. Definitivamente recomiendo si buscan un lugar familiar, cómodo y con acceso directo a la playa Conchal.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Loved staying at Katie & Happy’s place! It was a little walk from downtown Tamarindo, but we loved making the walk and noticed a lot of people utilized the scooters all around or had rented golf carts, which we would have opted for if we brought our kids. They provided beach towels and chairs that we used often and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge so that saved us on purchasing bottled water, which was so helpful. There was a little market close by and several amazing restaurants. The pizza place across the street was the best pizza we’ve ever had and I went to the nearby snack shack for açaí bowls and coffee almost daily. Langosta was a beautiful area to stay in with close private beach access. We were also able to walk the beach to Tamarindo at low tide. We loved this place and location and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Katie & Happy!

Unbelievable views from the living room and bedrooms Very beautiful condo and everything was so nicely labeled with instructions. Absolutely wonderful hosting by Christian (property manager) very respectful and responsive. We would highly recommend a stay here..

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our two young daughters shared a room and really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were available in the house. My wife and I appreciated all of the detail that Grant left regarding the home and the surrounding area. He added personal touches by sharing his favorite locations and the reasons for them. The condo is conveniently located right in front of one of the pools. The beach is an eight minute walk away. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive there and park for a small fee. We recommend this place for any families wanting to visit.

El alojamiento de Francisco es una excelente opción para explorar Playas del coco y sus alrededores. El condominio donde se ubica está muy bien cuidado, con una vegetación muy refrescante y ardillas que llegan a visitar 🙂 la piscina está aseada. El apartamento es cómodo , con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones y el internet funciona perfectamente si necesitas trabajar . Espero volver a hospedarme acá en el futuro .
