The studio has everything you need. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking. There is a separate entrance to the studio. This cozy classic 1950's beach cottage has been tastefully renovated, and has a nice deck overlooking the back garden. It has one bathroom, modern kitchen, polished timber floors, fridge, dishwasher, heater and microwave. It also has a washing machine, dryer and two TV's. The back garden has palm trees, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and a lovely deck for relaxing. The back gate takes you down a laneway, and onto the beach in just a few minutes.
