In one of the best locations in Culburra Beach, Too Easy is a much loved family beach house/shack. Absolute beach front! The back deck overlooks Warrain, Culburra’s surf beach. With expansive views from Penguin Head to Currarong, whales are often seen during their migration and dolphins are a common sight. A short walk from the front takes you down to Culburra Beach and Tilbury Cove which is perfect for children and snorkeling. Directly opposite the house is a children’s playground.

From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and a Cafe opposite to grab a coffee or some lunch.
