CASA TORNER Charming apartment located 5 minutes away from Cuenca's main, commercial, and tapas street. Quiet, residential neighborhood with a supermarket, shops, etc. Free parking area on the parallel street 2 minutes away. 7 minutes from the old town. It's on the second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable. It has a bedroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room (with a cheslon), a TV, and air conditioning. Apartment located halfway between the beginning of the old town and downtown. Ideal for visiting Cuenca on foot. Next to the UIMP and the music conservatory. Close to leisure areas, tapas... Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.
