Great place to stay if you're a solo traveler! Close to a grocery store, if you need it, and within walking distance of a couple of bus stations.

Molly was super kind and responsive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This was the first time I’ve used Airbnb and I was so happy with my pictures. I personally think that the pictures don’t do justice for how nice it is. Vincent’s place is extremely clean and so cozy. The little details were appreciated- coffee bar, the stickers with the directions, makeup towel, board games, utensils and dish ware, etc. I had no issue with parking. I liked that Vincent’s place was a bit away from downtown (only about 15 mins drive) because the area was so quiet and peaceful. I loved my stay and hope to be back.

I had a great experience at Sofi's Home! The place was clean and conveniently located near the city center. I especially loved the Moroccan touch—it added a unique charm. Lee's place was perfect - we were spending Thanksgiving with family but there just wasn't quite enough room for us at my sister's place. Having Lee's place as a home base worked great. The place was comfortable and cozy, and we loved having a cat to hang out with! Lee was very communicative and everything went very smoothly.

This was the perfect place for my first time in the DMV area. Location was perfect, no more than 5 mins from subway station, which made it easy to get into D.C. Home was beautiful and clean! Every thing was exactly where it was stated in the description. Bed was comfortable and soft! The home included everything you can think from soap, kitchen utensils, humidifiers, and other amenities. Carl and the other hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I will stay here anytime I’m in the DMV area and would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

House was perfect for our DC stay. It was close to restaurants, not far from the metro, and close to the airport. Great host who was super accommodating to our needs. I have a fragrance allergy and he made sure all the bed linens were washed in fragrance free detergent. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped. The bunk beds have been upgraded to a full over full. The street was usually quiet with the weekends being the loudest traffic, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. The only thing I could think to add might be blackout curtains over the windows since the two rooms with queen beds get some sunlight in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.

i loved staying at Emilio's place, it was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Emilio was a lovely, kind and very hospitable host, I felt very well looked after. The location was just right, in easy reach of sights, shopping and restaurants. i would stay here again anytime and highly recommend Emilio's place.

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Great stay. Everything was just as described. Host was very proactive and checked in daily. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t need to move our car the whole stay. Was able to walk or ride metro rail everywhere!

Michelle’s place was so cute, spacious and clean! I wanted to get a place close to DC and this was the perfect spot. Michelle responded quickly to any questions I had and she made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Huge apartment building but clear instructions. There was just no linens for the sofa bed, just a blanket so be clear to request that if planning to use as we booked for 8 adults it should have been provided without asking. Overall great, clean, comfy beds beside the sofa bed (typical middle metal bar that bothers) and clean bathrooms. I would return.

Really nice place with lots of access via nearby metro station. Mike was attentive to our needs and friendly, even reimbursed for some of the parking cost after a minor inconvenience! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting a stay around Alexandria/DC area.

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Perfection in each step.

We just spent the week at this house and it was great! We are a family of 6 and it is difficult to find a 3 bedroom house with at least 4 beds and this had it! The apartment was exactly like the pictures. As some people have mentioned, yes you can hear the above neighbors at times however, we had great people staying above us and once it hit 10, it was quiet. We also appreciated being less than a half mile from Costco. We bought a bunch of food from there for breakfast and dinners so we only needed to eat out one meal a day. It was great! We ended up not using the metro, even though it was close. It ended up being cheaper for us to drive in to DC every day and park for the day in a parking garage. The drive in and out took us about 15-ish min each way so the location is very convenient. Jacqueline was also a great host and took care of the one slight issue that came up with the air conditioner needing to be reset. Overall, I would stay here again! It was great!

Our stay at Occaquan was peaceful, relaxing, and very much needed. Arriving to the parking lot was a breeze, only because if John's specific instructions to find it, that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Walking into the place, first impression, looks just like the picture. The very next thought, "how cute is this". From the beautiful window behind the couch with a lovely tree to watch birds in to the cozy feeling of being in a familiar place. This place is quiet, surrounded with beautiful historic scenery, and has many local shops and vendors to spend an afternoon exploring. We walked down to the park by the water way and learned some history while soaking up the sun and the breeze of nature. I absolutely recommend John's place for a stay. I know I will be returning for a simple, relaxing get away, once again! Thank you John for everything!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Nice place to stay. Perfect location. Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria with easy access to public transportation to downtown DC. I would stay there again.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
