The space is perfect, just as the photos show. We arrived and were greeted with the pool already heated, which was wonderful after hours of travel to relax and enjoy the space. The apartment is complete with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay. The showers provide a delicious bath with a relaxing water pressure. Everything is impeccable. We'll be there again in September! Thank you for providing us with such a cozy stay.

Very well located, peaceful and quiet place. Very nice, practical and comfortable apartment, well equipped, very good bed, excellent quality towels and linens. In the details, you can see the host's care and kindness, such as the water bottles and a great quality espresso. Fast and pleasant communication! We will definitely return!

I stayed 39 days in the Studio, which treated me super well. Brumer was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice, with plenty of leisure options and restaurants. There is a very affordable laundry in the building itself. In the late afternoon, the sunset is also very beautiful. Anyway, I would certainly stay more often.

The stay was excellent. Very comfortable bed and bath, well-decorated and clean space. I stayed a week for work and the accommodation fully met my needs.

Juliana's space is great, well decorated, clean and with everything you need. Super quiet, safe and easy to access. Next to the building there is a park, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket and gym. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the new mattress, there was everything we needed to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the admin as well. I'm sure that when we return to Brasilia, we'll stay at this property again. The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. I thank Márcia for her hospitality and proactivity, always very polite and attentive. It has undoubtedly become one of my favorite places to stay. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as a cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Leonardo was a great host. Whenever necessary, I would send him a message and he would respond. Besides, the space is great. Very clean, tidy and well located. Full of shops, pharmacy, restaurant nearby.
