It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Very nice accommodation, on 2 levels, well maintained, with attention to the smallest details with taste and personality. Unfortunately, the stay was short, not being on vacation, so I could not take advantage of all the amenities that the accommodation is equipped with. My wife and I, with a small dog, were greeted with punctuality and kindness directly by the host's father, who personally informed us on how to best use the services of the house. The presence of 2 bathrooms is very convenient. Overall very satisfied. Recommended, especially for periods of a week or more. A few hundred meters away, you reach the splendid seafront of Porto San Giorgio, where you can walk for miles.

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

Cinzia is a great hostess. She is kind communicative and interested in her guests. The top insulated house with powerful heating is a real eye-catcher, because there are high ceilings, lots of glass in the living room and a simple, noble equipment. The bathroom and bedroom are cozy and there are all the necessary items. Especially great is the plenty of storage space, which is created by the intelligent use of the space and the use of sliding doors. Bathroom & kitchen were very clean. There is a separate children's room with bunk bed. In addition, Cinzia also pays attention to the sorting and pointing out the garbage. Maps and flyers of diverse local offers are also available. From the covered veranda, there is a great view of the valley and the mountains from beautiful armchairs. Here you can really relax. And the playful dog Rio puts the crown on the great stay! You park the car under the roof.
