I'd like to thank you for the incredible stay this weekend! The house exceeded all our expectations ,all very well cared for, clean and with a wonderful energy. The atmosphere is cozy, spacious and ideal to rest and enjoy good times with family/friends. The location is also excellent, quiet and with a beautiful view. Amazing location with beautiful views of the lake escarpments. Condominium with swimming pool, barbecue area. The apartment is exactly as shown in the images and described by Denise. Everything was wonderful, I would definitely come back.

Our stay at the house was very good, communication with Marcelo was excellent, he always responded quickly. We had a great time in Capitólio. The house is old and needs maintenance, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but it didn't stop us from having a good stay. It is worth mentioning that two smaller rooms are outside the main house, and it is necessary to climb a significant flight of stairs. José was always proactive and told us which tours to take, Jessica recommended us to Lilian who helped prepare the meals, which were excellent and made our stay much easier. The barbecue area is very good and the mattresses of the beds are very comfortable, the sofa in the TV room could be a little more comfortable.

Quiet place with a small road on the ground to reach, which makes the location even more reserved. Zaira is an excellent host, in addition to responding and proactively helping, she offered us the best speedboat tour we could have done, a fair price and very well accompanied. The kitchen is super well equipped, the pool is great. It is not very close to the sightseeing attractions, but it is close to the city which is very good for those who, like us, wanted to enjoy the house and barbecue etc.

I want to keep it registered here that the house besides being wonderful, cozy, the view is therapeutic. Wonderful view, wonderful rooms, I really felt at home. If you are in doubt about renting, I leave here that you do not have, you can rent that you will not regret.

The house is perfect , just as advertised. super clean and cozy. Many utensils. Easy access to the city center. Sandra was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We will return for sure.
