I was passing through the city and this Airbnb was extremely comfortable! Condômino has a laundry room and complete leisure spaces. I felt at home, the apartment of extreme good taste and refinement. I had a small issue with check-in but support from the host and condo staff was very quick and timely. A + 10

“Our stay at Vanessa's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, she was very attentive and helpful, always responding promptly to our doubts. The place is very well equipped and comfortable, perfect for an extended stay. We were especially happy to find toys for our baby, which made it all the more welcoming. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which allowed us to have a quiet and comfortable stay. The flat is beautiful, well decorated and is in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Another detail that delighted us was the catalogue prepared by Vanessa, full of useful information, such as restaurant tips, bars, malls and even iFood order suggestions. This care made all the difference! We love the experience and will undoubtedly return at a next opportunity. I recommend it.

The place is very easy to find, near Criciúma. We were just overnight because we had an event in the city so I do not have many considerations about the place itself as we did not go around and the house was very little used. The house was organized and matches the photos and description, although the ad implies that it has two bathrooms, it is important to point out that one of them is on the street, and in the interior of the house there is only 1, we chose the property just because it would have two bedrooms and a couple and two bathrooms and this left to be desired because no one wants to go at dawn on the street, right? The self check-in is not so “self” because in fact you need to depend on the host to open the gate that gives the house access.

The house is excellent, very safe and fenced (for our feet, it was great). The location is super convenient, close to markets, pharmacy and beach. The host is very attentive. The stay was worth a lot!
