This was such a great place to stay for a laidback get together to celebrate a birthday. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for each day we stayed, enough towels for 5 people for showers and to dry off after the hot tub. The bathrooms were stocked up with travel sized soap and shampoo/conditioner. A very beautiful & clean cabin experience! The trains were not a bother whatsoever even if they were frequent, we enjoyed them and didn’t find them to be a distraction or too loud. We ended up hiking at the Sugar Creek Bluff which we found with the brochures left at the cabin. The overlook was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for a group of 5 and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise view that the stay provided and the view of the river. While the cabin was nearby to others, we felt very private and secluded. We were not bothered at all during our stay which was preferred. Also, the clue game was so much fun to complete. :)

We really enjoyed our girls trip at the Stone House! Great views of the river, plenty of great sleeping options, comfortable beds and great amenities! We enjoyed playing billiards, working a puzzle, gathering on the deck for fellowship and early morning coffee. Dannette was super responsive to our inquiries and casual check out procedures. Will definitely return if in the area again!

We were a family of 9 left with no place to stay after our original vacation booking was double booked and the other party checked in first. We were 3+ hours from home and stayed in a hotel the first night. That night I massaged Jeff and he was very responsive and helpful! Luckily, his house was open for us to book and stay the next two nights at!! The house is huge and spacious! There are two large living spaces w futons on the main floor. Two bedrooms upstairs had queen beds, the master with a king and the kids play space with French doors had a twin bed. The house has a powder room on the main floor as well as a two full baths in the second floor! There was literally every single thing you would need there already! We loved being able to park in the garage, sit on the covered porch and listen to wildlife across the street in the woods, watch movies at night together in the living room and make meals together in the massive kitchen!! Thank you for hosting us!

This is a great home at the end of a cul-de-sac in quiet Harpers Ferry. The home sits along the railroad tracks, but we did not notice any disturbance throughout the night. Beautiful view off the back porch, and the surrounding trees blocked out the Memorial Day weekend noise. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jame's place! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It's kind of an old place, but they do pretty well at making it a nice place despite the building's age. The porch was a lovely place to hang out and it was much enjoyed throughout our stay!

We had a GREAT time at Isaac’s place. We arrived in a snowstorm that increased our travel time by 50% but Isaac’s checking approach was so easy and straightforward that it made us wearied travelers feel right at home. The home was spotless clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a great family gathering with our “boys” and their wives. We did go for a brief hike at Wyalusing state park— breath-taking views, especially with the fresh snow cover.

What an awesome place! We rented the cabin last minute for a little family getaway. The cabin is nestled in the woods and just absolutely fabulous! It is so peaceful and just perfect. Everything was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There is so much room here! Chris literally thought of everything! We look forward to returning during the summer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Stay! This Airbnb far exceeded all of our expectations! Tucked away in a quiet and beautifully secluded location, it offered the perfect peaceful retreat for our group of 11. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, and the home was even better than the photos—truly stunning in person. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire experience, making everything seamless from start to finish. After 9 years of our annual Memorial Day camping trips, this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly, highly recommend!

Simply Creekside is simply the best. Super clean, cozy, and private. Located close to great trout fishing and lovely Driftless towns. Jesse is a fabulous host and I will always keep returning to this location. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Sierra and Nate’s place in Prairie du Chien! It was perfect for our family as it was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and the living room was a great space for everyone to hang out. Both the front and back patios were covered and had nice seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics and more, and they even had coffee and some toiletries available, which was super thoughtful. Appliances were modern and there were more than enough towels for all of us. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Check-in was easy, and Sierra and Nate were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location made it really simple to get around town, and nothing ever felt too far away. Overall, it was a relaxing and easy stay, great value, great hosts, and perfect for a family trip. We’d definitely come back.

The cabin was wonderful- exactly as described, wonderful surroundings, and very convenient fir what we needed!

Everything, as usual, was wonderful. I have stayed here several times and have future stays booked. The cabins are super cozy no matter what time of year. This was an odd stay weather-wise, as the in-floor heat was needed overnight (oh that is the BOMB, especially in winter!) and the a/c in the afternoon was needed sometimes. Either way - easily stayed completely comfortable! I can't say enough good about Andy Mountain. As a lone female traveler, I can attest to how safe and at home you'll feel there. The cabins/campground have a neighborhood feel and everyone is always friendly. It's nice to have your own private space with covered porch, grill, and fire pit right there. Also of note is that there are dishes, silverware etc and a full size fridge so you can do all of your own cooking if you're not going to be out and about. Great stay - best place I've ever stayed and will continue to stay there in the future!

Our second time staying in the wooden tent! It doesn’t disappoint. It’s such a great, peaceful little getaway. Loved walking on the paths, cooking in the summer kitchen, and relaxing in nature. All the fun of camping without having to setup tents! And no worries about a rainy evening, we stayed bone dry. Another lovely weekend here!

Christopher has a lovely home with plenty of room for our family to hang out and relax in. You feel tucked away in the wilderness but it’s just a short drive from several attractions. Christopher responded quickly to all inquiries and gave us a lot of good suggestions on places to go and things to do nearby.
