I wish I was actually able to make it to the location, but we started having problems with are vehicle on the way down. but from what I seen it from the pictures they look very beautiful and she communicated with me with road shutdowns when she found out about. Maybe next year will be able to book again and go!!

It was a perfect weekend stay. I have absolutely negative to say about the cabin or our time in the area. 10:10 would rent again in a heartbeat. cute and cozy. thank you for sharing and providing affordable air bnb stays.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, and will come back in he future. The privacy this cabin offers while close to civilization and also the river, it's like they say in real estate: location location location. Jessica provided the fire wood, thank you, we had a great time sitting by the fire pit and watching the sun set, then the stars, and almost the sun rise. In the kitchen everything was so well organized, we found what we needed like we were at home. The linens smelled crisp , beds were so comfortable, the shower had hot steaming water, the jacuzzi we didn't even go in, but Jessica made sure she changed the water and was ready for us to enjoy, everything was just perfect. It's really easy to have a great time when the accommodations exceed the expectations. No hotel would have offered us so many home feeling like Jessica's cabin offered us. Thank you for your hospitality Jessica.

We had a great time at The Log Cabin with our group of 10! Our float was cancelled due to flooding but the private pool available made up for it!! The kitchen accommodated us all wonderfully and the appliances were great! We also enjoyed utilizing the deck / covered space. If we have the opportunity we would definitely stay here again!!

My family rented 2 cabins on the property, it was perfect for a weekend of outdoor adventures in the country! The cabins were comfy and clean, the property was fun and easy to navigate, Jessica was an exceptional host. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views, golf carting, river access, many dips in the hot tub, and that they offer floating directly from the property.

Private, quiet, very peaceful. Only 3 cabins in that area. Clean and roomy pool. Hot tub was great. Bring your groceries, stores not right down the street. If you love the outdoors, ( hiking) and a cool dip afterwards this is the place for you.

The cabin was cute & clean. The beds were very comfy. The view on the back deck in the hot tub was beautiful. We ended up being able to rent a golf cart which was fun and an additional plus to our weekend. There is river access within a short drive (which we did in the golf cart).. unfortunately the river was up too high for us to enjoy during our stay but I hope to book again! I highly recommend for a nice quiet get away!

The place was awesome. Beautiful set up and location with lots to do and cabin was equipped with everything you need. The cabin was very hot during the day with the AC window units unable to keep up but cooled off decently in the night.

Loved staying here, it was so nice to wake up to hills covered in trees and rushing to see if the cows were in the field nearby. We also got a chance to meet all the farm dogs which loved getting pets. Jessica was very quick to answer us through the app and made sure we had what we needed. Also being able to order meat from the farm and having it in our cabin was a really nice experience. Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, farm stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Whispering Woods. This was a great location and close to several floating outfitters, and the town of Steelville. Jessica made our check in very easy and was responsive to all of our questions. This property also has couple of access points on the Meremac river that are easy to get to. Great host and comfortable stay!!

Always peaceful, clean and welcoming. When we need some time away for relaxation this is the place.

This was our second annual m tribe trip, both at this location. It fits of our needs and provides bedding, towels, kitchen needs and chairs for everyone in a big group. We love the private beach, both patios and the convenience of just walking down the hill to the beach. Also of note, each room has controls for the temp in your room and there are extra fans in the closets.

Carol's place is amazing. The cabin is on a farm off the beaten path. The cabin was perfect, there were 7 of us and it was comfortable. It had all of the basics. There are picnic tables and a grill. The front porch is screened in. The scenery is beautiful. One of the best features is the horses and cows right out the back door. Some of them really like apples and carrots. One guy tried to eat them all. There are at least 3 dogs on the property who wandered over to say hi. They came by a couple of times and stayed for just a few minutes. There is about a 1/3 mile path you can walk or drive down to the river with a nice swimming spot. The whole time we were there we kept saying how wonderful Meramec Farm is. If you are looking for something local to do the Wild Animal Adventure Park up the interstate a few miles was really cool. I really recommend paying extra (at least for the kids) for the different animal encounters. I highly recommend this cabin and location.

Most beautiful and peaceful cabin I've stayed at in missouri (and I've stayed at quite a few) Mrs. Paula and Mr. Bill go above and beyond to make this place amazing. Accommodating hosts is an understatement!

The cabin and property were beautiful and private! We had a wonderful time walking down to the river and grilling out when we weren’t out hiking. It was just what we needed to watch the summer sunset, lightning bugs, and butterflies.

We had a great stay on their property! It was very peaceful and nice to get away from the city! Jessica and her Husband were very welcoming and friendly! We got to buy some chicken,ground beef and steak from the property that was amazing. We definitely wanna come back someday with family and try to explore more of the property and enjoy some more fishing!

We loved this beautiful cabin in the woods and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy spending time with our family! The amenities were great! Everything is well maintained and they have made sure you can relax with all of the “extra” touches that made staying here enjoyable. We would definitely come back next time we are floating the rivers!

It was such a peaceful and quiet location to get some relaxation time. It was a great anniversary trip due to the privacy and natural surroundings. Make sure to put the address in Google Maps to find the cabin more easily! I would highly recommend staying at this cabin!
