The hosts in Fort Smith were very proactive, were keen for us to have a great stay. Their communication was very good with quick response times. Great to have a few basics in the food pantry - salt, pepper . The photographs need to be updated to reflect all bedroom layouts.

House was cute. My girls loved the room upstairs with the swings. My 2 year old loved the play kitchen. Convenient location for downtown. We were there for the Fort Smith marathon, and it was perfect for where the start of the race was.

This was a great little cabin for a romantic weekend. It's got everything you need without having anything unnecessary. It's nice and secluded with only 2 other houses in view and you can only see them from the back porch when they are driving down the road or at the end of the driveway. The seclusion and the hot tub made for a great, quiet weekend.

We have stayed at a lot of places and this far exceeded our expectations. They have thought of everything to feel at home, away from home. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in FSM. Big thing for us is cleanliness and comfy beds, we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The Emerald Cottage was just fabulous! With all of the fun lofts and the lower couches that converted to beds, our family was most comfortable; the kids and adults loved it! The hosts were very responsive even providing a pack and play for our infant in the group. The dining area was spacious enough and we all enjoyed the games that were provided, the movies and projector, and all the goodies displayed on the enclosed shelves (especially the bat in epoxy!). The kitchen was super-stocked and we enjoyed breakfast on our hosts - amazing and so gracious of them! The bathroom with double vanity (a necessity), two private toilets, and roomy shower was so well thought out. All of the decor was outstanding and so fun. And then there's the outdoor area - WOW! We enjoyed smores around the fire, played the yard size Connect 4, and just enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. We just stayed overnight, but the welcome book has so many close by area attractions you could stay busy for days.

Absolutely loved this house! We visit Arkansas at least twice a year & this place slid into our #1 favorite spot! Short drive from the house to the trail head. House was plenty big enough for my whole family (9 adults 3 kiddos) with room to spare!! My 4yo granddaughter caught her first fish in the pond on the property & is already an expert at her exaggerated fisherman tales. Will be back for sure.

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed for a week at a time at Belinda's while visiting FS. Private & fenced back yard for the dog. Garage is big & is available for use during ur stay. (Love that ❤️) Master bed is big & comfortable. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. We hope to make Belinda's a regular spot when we come to FS to visit family.

Luis' listing was located in a nice quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. The kitchen was fully equipped, a washer and dryer were available. Plenty of towels etc. were provided. Beds were comfortable. When we had any questions Luis was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would love to come back when we are in the area!

The spacious backyard is surrounded by trees, offering a serene environment. A central tree provides natural shade, while a pathway leads to the home's entry. Outdoor furniture can be seen alongside a barbeque grill, creating a cozy space for relaxation and gatherings.

Kayla & Josh were the best hosts! They allowed us to enjoy the amenities of their home as of it were our very own, made us feel very welcome. They responded to our needs promptly!!! Their place was pristinely clean & beautifully decorated!!! It was between all areas we wanted to visit- Alma, Ozark, & Mulberry!!! Their rules & instructions were very clear!!! This place is ideal for anyone with little ones. Lots of fun toys. No tv but was nice sitting around snd visiting in the evenings. Accidentally got locked out but the host was quick to the rescue. Watch out for the back top step though. Son in law almost went down the entire flight in the dark. It’s pretty steep. We will be back for sure.

This was a lovely place to stay while seeing family in the area was very clean everywhere in the apartment! The bed was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen had everything you would need for you stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again in the future!!
