Our apartment in a building of character from 1894 with exposed beams, it is air-conditioned and includes a kitchen open to the living room with Voltaire armchairs and antique furniture, 2 comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

The gite has been set up for lovers! Enjoy the gated terrace for sunbathing, relax in the standing bathtub in the room and finally enjoy a Champagne flute enjoying the direct view of the vineyard. Small detail: this cottage is not suitable for two couples who do not want to share their privacy ,because the bathroom is open in the bedroom.
