Villa vacation rentals in Cowpet Bay

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Villa Paradiso was incredible! Hilltop location, overlooking to Jost Van Dyke. The roads are a little harrowing to get up there, but easily navigable, and once there it’s pure solitude. Our kids lived the pool. The kitchen had everything to cook to dinner for our group of 10. The outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Would rate the home 10/10 and Rehanna and Sylvia were so so great to communicate with.

We found barbs Airbnb at 11pm after dealing with issues at our original Airbnb. Barbs place was amazing! She was such a great host and we can’t wait to come back. We will always use her home when we visit the islands. Thank you so much for helping us turn our trip around at such short notice!

Words can’t express the serenity we felt staying in this incredible home! Alan was an INCREDIBLE host and so very responsive. The VIEWS from every window and angle were breathtaking. The house was immaculate. This is a dream come true! Definitely take his advice and rent a jeep, it’s fun to drive around there. We toured local beaches (and St. John a must) by day and relaxed later afternoons and evenings in this beautiful home. Thank you, thank you!!

Perelandra was such a special place for us to spend spring break with our daughter and best friend! We loved the traditional island decor and charm! The pool was perfect to cool off after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was truly incredible! Loved the screen porch, wrap around deck, grill space, and downstairs deck. The topping on the cake is the view, it was truly breathtaking. Great views from every room in the villa! Perelandra captured our hearts! The hosts were great! Amanda was so attentive and always responded promptly. Overall, our experience was amazing!

The view is worth the price alone, probably one of the best views of Charlotte Amalie period. Keep in mind that view comes with the cost of being above the town meaning walking is strenuous and driving down town can be tricky with narrow roads and not much parking, so keep that in mind. That said I think Ampersand Skyview is probably the best two bedroom Airbnb in Charlotte Amalie, its clean modern and comfy with all the amenities for two couples or a small family.

What a beautiful home! It’s hard to even describe the view. It’s so, so beautiful! Greta location, central to everything we needed access to. The onsite restaurants were great and everyone we met was so kind. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

This place is amazing! The view is incredible and very good in space. Was a little hard to get there at first but you get used to. Definitely recommend!

The place is incredible. It starts and ends with the double rainbow shower! Our kids didn’t want to leave! All the amenities of home plus some. Perfect place to unwind and right in the heart of downtown by the water. Even better than the beautiful home was the host, Zack. He scheduled us cabs and helped with reservations. Gave us a tour and showed us around his amazing art gallery. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even for a short stay. Thank you Zack we can’t wait to come back!

Lorna is a “super host”. We had issues with our first rental and stumbled upon hers the night before our arrival. Blessing in disguise. Then we had issues with our flight getting in and Lorna was there to the rescue. She waited patiently for our arrival. Responded to every message. Met us at the airport to say hi and make sure we were ok. Provided us a taxi who helped with transport to dinner, the grocery store, and our place. Lorna continued to communicate with us our entire stay. She stopped by on the place our last day to say hello and meet everyone. Talk about our trip and offer other advice. She was truly an angel!! Highly recommend staying at her listings and this place for sure

Francis is an amazing host and the place was great. Very clean inside and outside and the pool was fantastic. Great location and with access to the Jeep, we were able to get around the island easily. Francis was so kind, responsive, and accommodating. We can’t say enough positive things about Francis. He was great as a host. We already miss Rollito, the house dog. He is the sweetest boy and as dog lovers, we really enjoyed having him around for the trip. Thank you Francis for a great experience.

Salty Sway Villa #1 is a beautiful home. It’s beachside and the views are amazing. Leah responded quickly to my texts and to address our concerns. The island had a power outage and she was able to assist us quickly when the generator didn’t kick in. The island and the beaches are just beautiful. We definitely will return.

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

We loved our week long stay at Pressure Drop! We were a family of four with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old, plus our au pair. The set up was great, and Jean had a pack and play and blow up twin mattress for the kids. The house was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We liked having the separate living and sleeping quarters so whoever got up early with kids could let everyone else sleep. The pool was also a great size for our kids with a shallower end where the older one could stand. We also loved how close the house is to Maho and the north shore beaches. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but that’s not uncommon for St John. The only downside

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

Paige’s villa was a beautiful place, the view was the best I’ve ever seen overlooking St.John and surrounding island’s.The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool area and beach were clean and beautiful and never felt over crowded as you could always find a nice place to sit and relax and take in the views.I highly recommend Paige’s place , it is paradise!!!

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

Amazing location and great host. Very secluded and great please to disconnect! Get your grocery’s before hand or plan to rent a car because getting a taxi is hard but not impossible. The bar /restaurant is great next door but only thing in the area so it’s always packed and closed on Mondays

We had the best time at Limeberry House! The house and views are absolutely stunning. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous with the pool, patios and dining areas. The house was very comfortable and had lovely touches like coffee and sugar ready to go, everything you need to cook a decent meal, and a beautiful grill. The bedrooms are like 3 little cottages and are gorgeous and comfortable- bedding, mattresses and pillows were all perfect. And our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, anytime we texted with a question they got back to us within seconds. The location is perfect for going to two of the most amazing beaches, and lovely restaurants are a short drive away. This was the perfect place for our family to explore the island and take day trips to other BVI islands during our vacation. Couldn't imagine a better place to spend our spring break.
