Hanul Anei - entire property, 2 villas

Our property has 2 houses. One which has 3 studios, all with separate entrances, private bathrooms, kitchenette, queen bed + expandable sofa/armchair + 1 apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The second house is a newly built house and for the moment it has 2 big rooms (one with 1 dbl+1 sgl & one with 1 dbl+2 sgl beds). Unfortunately, until spring 2026, this house wont be finished on the outside (because of the weather). That's the reason we have lower prices for it.

Joli Chalet

This unique place has a style all its own. Joli Chalet is a new location in a clearing at the edge of the forest, at the foot of the Postovarul massif with a special view of the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountains, also a great view at the forest. In a meadow with 2 cabins. Situated in Cheile Rasnoavei at 2 km from Rasnov, 12 km from Bran and 11 km by Poiana Brasov. Address to people who want the peace of nature, but with all comforts, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area.

Sunny Side

Napos Oldal Guesthouse is situated in the heart of Transylvania, on the edge of the forest. The house has 5 individual rooms with private bathrooms, a livingroom, a balcony, and a big open space for eating, cooking, relaxing and partying. The outdoor sauna and hot tub ensures a more pleasent relaxation. An outdoor dining room, kitchen and barbecue facility is also provided for the masterchefs who love cooking outdoors. Children will love the playground and the small house full with toys.

In 2008, the Prince of Wales bought the property of the former county, which was composed of several buildings, and is surrounded by hills full of flowers and forests. You can visit the King’s Retreat Valea Zālanului. In about 21 km there is a spa resort called Bálványos. Grand Hotel Balvanyos enjoys a tranquil location surrounded by forests.
