Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
