Vacation rentals with a fireplace in County Meath

We had pretty wet and not overly warm weather; but the accommodation more than made up for it. It’s cosy and very comfortable and you can easily while away hours looking at all the books and records and memorabilia. Especially loved the view from the lounge area. Jim was very welcoming; friendly and kind. A real gent. Top place to stay.

Beautiful quaint country house.

What a gem! We absolutely loved this cozy, wonderful place. The views were incredibly beautiful and the house was furnished with everything you could want or need. On a few days, we were so cozy and relaxed at the house, that we decided to stay in for the day and just enjoy being there. That says it all! Most of all, our host Irene, was so responsive, helpful in recommending places, and so very friendly and kind. The location worked for us perfectly and we can’t wait to return! The next time we rent this Airbnb we will be visiting our new friend, Irene 🥰

Thank you Geraldine for a wonderful stay at your accommodation. Geraldine is a fabulous host, very communicative, polite and our check in was seamless. The accommodation was tastefully decorated with all that you need for stay. The kitchen is well stocked and Geraldine left fresh produce which was a lovely touch. If you want to escape your busy life, this is the place to come and relax and unwind. There are two hot tubs that can be accessed 24/7. Also Geraldine offers alternative therapies and we availed of full body massage and reflexology. Both treatments were really good and added to our relaxing stay. There is a big BBQ pit that can be used and a smaller one right our the back of your accommodation. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future. This was such a great stay. You definitely need a car for this place, we had an issue with our car and Ann was so incredibly helpful with sorting it out. The kids had a blast. It was the perfect chill/ relaxing holiday we hoped for. I personally loved that it wasn't too close to town, however you can get everything you want in the shops 10 mins away. I usually get lazy with writing reviews, but I honestly couldn't wait for to write this one. Thank you so much for the kindness. We truly had an amazing time

The space and gardens are wonderful and it was always a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring. You will have everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Loved our stay at the cottage, it is beautifully decorated, great kitchen and shower, extremely comfortable beds & everything you could need ready available, lovely surroundings and I loved the peace!
