Our second stay in this comfortable, cosy house, perfectly located for Westport, clew bay and local beaches. We were very happy to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at James house - it was clean, comfortable and very cosy! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen perfect for cooking and living in. There was a fire on in the stove when we arrived and made the house so welcoming and cosy. It is in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks and Westport only 15 mins away and plenty of restaurants etc in Murrisk only 5 mins away - great base for exploring Mayo and climbing croagh Patrick and as a family of 5 and 2 dogs it was just perfect! We also went in the free Killary harbour cruise that was offered and it was fantastic - highly recommend! James was very friendly and on hand if needed - we would definitely visit again!

This is our second stay at Patricias house. The house is really spacious, clean and well maintained with lots of rooms for family activities. The surroundings are really quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to a few lively areas with good pubs and restaurants. Lots to do in the house and garden, the bikes are an added bonus. We have always found Patricia to be very friendly and helpful, a fantastic host. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Can we give 6 stars?? Orlagh is the most lovely host and gave a lot of useful recommendations, thanks Orlagh for the warm welcome. The place is gorgeous and the view is stunning! There is a walkable loop around that offers incredible views of the land and the sea. It’s just STUNNING and when it’s raining (it’s Ireland after all it has to!) you can snuggle in front of the fire place!! We loved our stay and we will be back - we recommend this place 200%

I cannot say enough about the peaceful location of Rhona’s house. It was truly magical. The view is stunning, the area is quiet, the birds singing in the morning accompanied by an occasional bleeting sheep in the distance was invigorating. The home was spacious and filled with sunlight. A place I would definitely return to and highly recommend!

Thank you Tony for a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay at your home. The house is super comfortable and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed visiting the many beautiful and fascinating sites in the area such as the local beach, Blacksod Lighthouse and the national park. We would love to come back!

Thanks Patrick. We loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful spacious home in it's stunning setting. Was so nice to get away from the hustle & bustle and catch up with our pals with stunning scenery all around. We really enjoyed the kayaks, Ping Pong, archery & barbecuing in the garden. Lovely house in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Andrew was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so private and tranquil, really good space to get away from it all. Would highly recommend.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo, estuvimos muy agusto como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina con todo lo necesario en un sitio muy agradable y cerca de muchos sitios para ver, sobre todo junto al PN Connemara. Repetiríamos.

What a beautiful and peaceful location! If you had a favorite Irish grandmother to visit, this would be her cosy cottage. The setting is gorgeous, in the middle of green fields with sheep and cows for neighbors. Great for walking and close to a lovely beach. Easy to access all the beautiful places in County Sligo. Would definitely stay again, we were sorry to leave. Thank you Tracey and Eilish!

Home away from home, we didn't want to leave. we had an amazing time, it's such a beautiful place. the house had everything we needed and more and the location was spectacular. we highly recommend to anyone visiting achill island. thank you Angela

Petite maison indépendante, située à côté de celle des hôtes, bien équipée et très agréable. Située près du golf de Mulranny, la plage est accessible à pied et l'environnement est magnifique ! Merci à Ciara, nous avons passé un très bon moment chez elle !

We stayed in Ballycroy as part of a large family party. John was always very prompt in answering any questions and very accommodating in dealing with our requests. He sent very clear instructions on how to get to the house and there was a very good manual provided. As we were arriving on Easter Sunday, John hid Easter eggs in a fairy garden on the grounds of the house for the children to find. The house is uniquely designed and crafted and was perfect for our needs. It is situated in a wonderful part of Ireland and the views from it are breathtaking. We had a wonderful time!

I had a fab stay in a yurt at Nicki’s magical place. It absolutely chucked it down and the terrain to and from the yurt was challenging on foot as a result - but Nicki has done a lot to try to mitigate that. If you’re someone who doesn’t have mucky boots or can’t stand a bug or two this isn’t for you - but if you want to get off grid and unwind in a unique and private setting then it’s perfect! We had a lovely spontaneous adventure and can’t wait to come back!

Very cozy need more than one night to enjoy everything A break from electronics just what was needed Absolutely love how dogs are allowed my German shepherd had the time of her life.she was crying when we were packing up to leave 😕 I will be coming back as soon as possible The cabin was so comfortable and spacious the candles really made the cozy look at night couldn’t be happier with our stay 🙂

We enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed after a busy weekend. The hot tub was 10/10 it was nice to get away and relax and just enjoy the peace and quietness. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were so unique I loved the cutouts on the wall. Would definitely go back when the weather picks up again !

The Wizard's Hut was private, warm, and incredibly relaxing. The serene, zen vibe made it feel like a true escape. We loved the fire pit and pre-booked the hot tub—well worth the small firewood surcharge. Even with the rain, we enjoyed exploring (wellies recommended—though some are provided!). The kitchenette had everything we needed for simple meals. A perfect, peaceful stay—highly recommend!

we had an amazing stay at Wanderglen, we will be back and for more then one night this time!! we loved every minute of it , wandering in nature. we also loved sitting by our fire pit watching the stars :)

Nicky is very kind and responsive, anything you need she's ready to help. Her place is amazing, beautiful landscapes and great amenities. The hot tub is definitely a must. My family and I really enjoyed our time at Wanderglen!
