Loved this place, so close to the mountains. John was very helpful, and the cafe and supply shop was also nice. Good for campers and people looking for comfortable sleeping arrangements near Killarney on a budget. Definitely would stay again.

We loved staying in the shepherd’s hut and getting to explore Annascaul! The hut is beautifully designed and has a lot of thoughtful touches and amenities— we cooked a few times during our stay, and were very comfortable sleeping and using the nice shower. Áine and Micheál were incredibly warm and it was a pleasure to spend a little time with them and their family during our stay. Easy walking distance to Annascaul where you can eat, get groceries, have a pint or cup of coffee or tea, and go long walks on the river walk! Easy to get into Dingle town and other spots on the peninsula by car from Annascaul. We hope to be back very soon!

Perfect spot for the nature lovers. The pod was clean. Such a peaceful place to stay. Very recomended to stay here ! You will be at the base of hiking trails.

What a good stay ! Lorna was very friendly with us. The gypsy wagon is pretty cool. Thanks to Kim to share with us his pianist skills and invite us to the local pub with his friends. 🫶 Very good atmosphere. Good vibrations there ! 👌🙏 See you next time !

Wonderful little spot to rest your head if you are traveling. All the creature comforts of home, cozy, and well organized. We had a small problem with the WiFi, it was solved very quickly. Town is close by for good food! Very happy. The only negative thing is the amenities listed a washer and dryer, and while the washer worked fine, there wasn’t a dryer to be found, so we had to line dry, otherwise great experience.

Elaine was a WONDERFUL host! She allowed us to come in and be a part of her home. She had nice breakfast choices that we could have and she made us feel right at home. She was INCREDIBLY responsive! I had some questions and she was great to answer without making me feel bad about them. The home is in the country and is beautiful. It was a treat to be able to stay and enjoy her home!

Nucola’s place is truly the perfect place if you’re visiting Killarney! Far enough away from the busy tourist areas of town but still a very easy and short drive to city center and Killarney National Park. Nicola and her husband were very kind and welcoming; they made us feel right at home. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for! Our favorite part was drinking coffee and taking in the landscape and their family’s dairy cows grazing nearby! Thanks so much for having us!!

Very cute tiny house encampment! Loved the eco-friendly garden. It rained hard for half our stay and the two of us were very comfortably cloistered inside. Áine is very friendly and knows lots of good things about the area, like Minard Castle :)

We adored the cabin and loved our stay! A friend recommended Catriona’s listing after staying here last year, and it did not disappoint. The location was the perfect combination of feeling private and peaceful while still being close to super cute shops and restaurants in Kenmare, the cabin itself was stunning, and Catriona’s local recommendations were all a hit! If I come back to Ireland someday I’d love to stay here again.

We had a really great stay in the barn. Cait was a brilliant host - very responsive, friendly and helpful. The barn is perfect for two (plus a dog!) - well decorated with everything you’ll need, very comfortable, and in the middle of beautiful countryside with some pubs and cafes nearby. I’d recommend!

Stunning views, comfortable, and clean.

This was by far the highlight of our trip. Our eyes lit up the minute we entered the cottage, and stayed that way through the whole stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more, including complimentary snacks and drinks, the most comfortable bed, the most gorgeous views from the patio, the list goes on. On top of the beautiful cottage, Andrea and Sean made our stay the most memorable, enjoyable and welcoming time we could ask for. Really, if you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate and book the cottage. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much Andrea and Sean- we felt like we knew you for ages, and your kindness will stay with us forever. Dingle and the cottage were our favorite spots on our trip and we will surely be back, without a doubt!!! Thank you!

This was by far the best Airbnb we had in Ireland. Geraldine is the perfect host, communication was great already before we arrived. We even got a welcome basket, in case we did not make it to the shops before. The appartement is so nice and you got everything you need. We loved our stay there and could really relax.

The space, while small and simple, has everything you need and is cleverly designed to make the most of its surroundings. Large windows let nature in at every angle — waking up to views of the river and surrounding greenery was such a treat. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and points of interest in the area. She even offered to drive us into town for dinner, which was above and beyond! If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-focused stay with easy access to Kenmare, this is the perfect spot. It’s a unique experience — cozy, serene, and full of charm. Highly recommend!

Nice old cottage, could use some upgrades. Quiet area close to Killarny. By car, about 5 minutes.

Elisa and her father, John, had decorated the tiny home meticulously. The garden was a lovely place to sit in. The bunk beds will suit anyone who is comfortable to sleep on the upper bunk. Otherwise, the sofa bed can be used. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay an extra night. Although we did not meet Elisa, she is very gracious and responsive. Her instructions were detailed and helpful. John met us on arrival. He was kindly and friendly. We arrived late in the evening. Thank you Elisa and John for sharing your lovely tiny home with us. I hope other travellers will be lucky enough to enjoy this gem.

if you are looking to get away from everyone and everything this is the ideal place, peaceful, quite, tranquil and surrounded by nature, our host were so welcoming, the cabin had everything you needed and you left at home straight away, we spent 3 nights there and we were sorry we didn't book it for longer but it wont be long before we rebook

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and calm location closer to both Killarney and Tralee. Excellent choice for couple with infants. Host are very kind to your and little ones needs. Public transport is Little to none, so need your own car. Uber caters to location but is expensive. Local chipper serves Veg burgers.

What a special place to stay! The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and lots of lovely ideas. It's a real little estate, romantic with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas. You mustn't be afraid of loneliness. We were there as a couple and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious for two, but you don't feel lost. It is possible to stay here with several people, but you should be aware that the house has an open-plan layout. For us, it was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is cosy! You can really sense that the hosts have furnished it for themselves and use it themselves. It feels like a real home. The bathroom with the shower is particularly worth mentioning. Very cool design! It was by far the best shower we had during our trip around Ireland! A place with character in the heart of the Irish countryside, where you feel completely at ease and can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Rating: highly recommended!

Renate’s cabin is truly wonderful no matter the weather, and we had all of the weather. Whether it was misty, rainy or sunny you can’t help but feel comfortable and cozy in this place. Renate was also very welcoming and had great recommendations, our favourite was Gougane Barra national park which was really close by!

We had a great time at Ken's place! It's very calm and peaceful. Ken made us feel at home right away. The location is very convenient, just a short drive away from wonderful beaches, spectacular cliff views and Dingle town. We also appreciated having a little kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner. Would highly recommend staying with Ken! And don't forget to check out his beautiful artwork.
