Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cottesloe

This was a great little Airbnb for our first trip to Perth. The location was incredible, walking distance to everything we needed - the ferry to Rotto, plenty of cafes and restaurants, the beach. Would recommend for a group of friends of family staying in South Freo.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lyn was a great host and very accommodating for our toddler. The place was very clean and well stocked. Very central location so plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect for a short weekend break in Freo. Clean, comfortable and easy access to Fremantle with huge range of restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to great beaches. Smooth check-in/check-out, helped by really clear instructions and good communications with Ashley. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Rina’s place is gorgeous with lots of trees and bushes and shaded porch to sit, relax, and have a nice cup of tea. The rooms were spacious with pretty linens and comfortable beds. Rina was very thoughtful and had some treats for us in the fridge to enjoy. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortably while we explored Fremantle and its surrounds. I would stay again should I visit Fremantle 🥰

Stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of toys and books to entertain the little ones. Area is near the river which is a beautiful place to take early morning or evening walks. Highly recommended.

Ellie's place was truely insta-worthy and beautifully decorated. It was a short drive from the beach and walkable breakfast places (even with a toddler)! Parking was convenient as well. We had no issues with heating or hot showers.

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything and has everything anyone can ever want or need.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything you need to do in Fremantle. The apartment is clean, spacious and matches the description. Check in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions from the hosts. I would certainly book this accommodation again.

A fantastic little unit attached to the back of the house. Own seperate entry. Had everything needed for my 5 day trip. Washing machine, split systems in both rooms… did try the pool but bloody freezing even on a 40 degree day..joys of concrete. River and the end of the street with walking path. No complaints at all

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
