Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cottesloe

Jayne is an exceptionally helpful host, readily contactable and happy to assist with questions/requests. The apartment itself is a very unusual conversion unit with huge living space and uniquely interesting features. We especially appreciated the goodies left - chocs and cheese - thanks! Perfectly sited to walk to all kinds of attractions - the shipwreck and maritime museums, Rottnest ferries, cafes and restaurants and the market. Would love to stay here again.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angela's place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Perth. Handy to great beaches, public transport and Claremont shopping centre! The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil possible!! Bed is very comfortable.

Well appointed. Great location, Short walk to the beach and pub/restaurants Lee is a great host, well equipped property. Extremely comfortable situation, Lounge, Bedroom. Great outside area to sit an enjoy a meal. I would highly recommend a stay. Thanks Lee for everything

Had a very wonderful stay at Hideaway at Harry’s Lane. From pre booking, the host was very responsive to our enquiries. The house was spotless and comfortable, high chair, cot and children’s bowl & cup was provided and it was very useful. We had fun with the puzzles & games provided. The location was great too, it was near some cafes and supermarket and also pretty near drive to the city. The house was well maintained and towels & linens were clean and hotel-like quality. Melanie was very responsive when we had questions during our stay too. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again when we are back. Thank you Linda & Melanie for the amazing stay!:)

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Fiona was lovely. She gave us privacy all weekend and was so friendly when we saw her. Felt at home as soon as we got there and she had wine, chocolate, milk, bread, coffee, tea etc in the kitchen for us! 10 min walk from freo markets. Lovely spot.

A fantastic little unit attached to the back of the house. Own seperate entry. Had everything needed for my 5 day trip. Washing machine, split systems in both rooms… did try the pool but bloody freezing even on a 40 degree day..joys of concrete. River and the end of the street with walking path. No complaints at all

Very tidy accommodation, great bed, stove, dishwasher, washer/drier. Good location, close to beach. Alana was great to deal with, responded quickly to messages.

This place is a gem. Clean, spacious and in a great location to walk to the beach if you are happy for a stroll. Beds were comfortable. Jo was proactive and very communicative, she even made sure to have the lights on for when we arrived. It was all appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place - it was beautifully furnished and spotless. The rooms are large and there is a nice outdoor area to enjoy. It is a decent walk from the main town but comfortable, and there is a smaller shopping area closeby. Def worth a stay.

I have to say Chloe’s home was immaculate. She deserves an additional star for maintaining the cleanliness! I love it, and would definitely love to come back :)

The place was exactly as described and the perfect location with amazing city views. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

Quite possibly the most well-stocked airbnb I've ever stayed in. The place provided bread, spreads, instant noodles and even milk. Parking was easily accessible as well.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
