Very nice and comfortable place to stay with an extra top open floor. The place had some surf boards. Kelly had left us a nice bottle of wine as well. Great place and wish we could stay there longer.

This was an extraordinary experience; one of our favorite spaces and trips that we have ever had. The nature is unbeatable. Monkeys and macaws are your close neighbors. The jungle is home, and the energy it provides is nurturing and deeply spiritual. The layout of the house is spacious and open. The beach is private and a beautiful 5 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Preciosa. The location is beautiful and private. The beach was virtually deserted most of the time. The swimming was fantastic and it was also nice to walk along the sandy beach early in the morning and watch the Scarlet Macaws and other birds. Pascal was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my inquiries and often responded within the hour. He has created a very helpful digital welcome book which you receive access to after booking. He helped arranged excellent tours for us, all of which I would recommend - kayak tour of the mangrove, boat And snorkelling tour of the Gulf, a night walk and a trip to Corcovado. The house is very nice and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The gas stove and oven took some figuring out but worked well. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The main floor is open to the air so there were some insects at night but using the fan and insect repellent helped. We would love to go back again.

Super nice and big house 5 minutes from Puerto Jiminez. Spent 2 days here and felt very comfortable. Wi-Fi and Netflix work great and the kitchen also has everything you could need. Janina is always immediately available and has Josh nearby who can help if there are any issues. We were able to check in earlier and check out later, as well as borrow bottles. Would come back anytime!

We LOVED Patricia's place. it took us awhile to get used to the heat as we arrived from Canada. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Everyday we saw new animals. We saw all 4 species of monkeys right outside our door! We also saw Toucans, Macaws, agouti, Coati and a Tayra all on the property in 5 days. I would absolutely recommend Patricias place and hope to return one day :)

The house is compliant as it is on the listing. Excellent option for those of us who travel to Panama, the border or to mobilize in Golfito and its surroundings. Good neighborhood, private and quiet. 10 of 10!

We have been to several Airbnb’s and Giovani tops them all! Giovani helped us get reservation for several adventurers…zip lining, horse back riding, fishing, Sloth tour & chocolate factory! All adventurers were amazing & so much fun & informational. We would What’s App him with questions & he would answer within 5 minutes or less. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook , the bathrooms were very cool! The AC room was nice if you needed to cool off. Quick walk to the sandy beach where we may have seen 5 people. The dipping pool was clean & the water was cool which felt great after a hot day at the beach! We definitely plan on visiting Costa Rica & staying @ Casa Bella!

A very nice place, clean and tidy, Don Ignacio was very warm and provided excellent service! The only thing would be to check the repair of the 220 connection for cars since it was not working, but with the rest I highly recommend it!

The location is great, few doors down to a supermarket and few restaurants. The property is beachfront and private. It’s more worth than what I paid for. Ana is a really nice person and eager to help. I’ll be back!

A wonderful quiet place , the beachfront IS great and so ist the beach. You can walk a long time and you meet nearly nobody. The apartment itself is well equipped and the bathroom has all one needs.

Surah is a super friendly and nice person. She was extremely attentive throughout the stay. He resolved some issues or questions we had super quickly. Extremely flexible and very helpful. The place is really central and I think it has the best location. The airport is very close (you can even walk there), restaurants nearby, and the beach and pier are very close. An ideal place to stay, especially if you're going to Corcovado. 100% recommended

Nao and her family were simply amazing. We only wished we stayed longer! The house is near beach and the town.
