Very quiet location, quiet neighbors, residential area with immediate access to shops and mall (10 min walk). You can park in front of the house, it's a one-way street with very little traffic, the street is lit at night. We don't have air conditioning; the room is cool in the summer. In the winter, the average indoor temperature is 22/23 degrees Celsius (71/73 degrees Fahrenheit). The main room is 4 X 3 m and includes an extendable sofa and a cooking area. The bathroom is private. You have access to direct cable internet connection, TV and Netflix.
