We booked this place last minute for New Year’s Eve and it was awesome! The house is located a very short canoe ride from the Km 16 parking lot. This gives you the best of both worlds. It’s easy to get to all the restaurants and resorts that Assinie has to offer, but at the same time you’re a short walk to the beach and don’t have to worry about noise or any other disturbances. Strongly recommend!

Clean accommodation with respectful cleaning lady, Julien always available, good and respectful. Claude really made an impression on us. He took care of us because we had a breakdown and did not return on the day of our arrival date. In addition to that, he offered us a free night. Caring about us really left an impression on us. I went with 2 of my friends and we enjoyed Mohamed's welcome. He is very nice and very responsive and makes every effort to satisfy his guests. The apartment is beautifully decorated. We appreciated having a toilet and bathroom in each room. The neighborhood is nice. There are shops and restaurants nearby and it feels safe. We recommend the apartment without any problems. Thank you again so much for the welcome.

I felt so comfortable here, a real gateway to paradise. The beautiful bungalows are set between palm trees and sand, making an escape from everyday life easy and wonderful. A short walk to the beach, where you can run for small errands, have a drink by the sea or even a new haircut at the nice hairdresser around the corner are just a few of the little things that make a visit to lionsrest worthwhile. The hosts are always available and can give good tips. I will be back and not just because of the sun. :)

We spent two nights in this hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful with beautiful decor. We were also able to swim in the lagoon on the small private beach which is very nice. The place is a small haven of peace and our host was very attentive and responsive. There are a few local food restaurants in the area and it is possible to take a boat to visit Lahou beach or the mouth. I would 100% recommend this magical place.

a beautiful little house in the Modest district of Grand-Bassam. The place is quiet and relaxing, exactly what we needed. There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. The living room is large, with a wide screen TV, perfect for relaxing with the family. The property has air conditioning and fans, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. We also have two kitchens, one inside and one outside, super practical, especially when you want to enjoy the garden. In fact, we love to eat outside, it's so pleasant with the ambient calm. The hosts are very friendly and always available, with quick responses to all our requests.

We had a wonderful time at Nadia’s place. The space was large, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The amenities were great, and everything we needed was readily available. Communication with Nadia was smooth, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nicole was very welcoming and hospitable. She gave us the useful information and opened the world of the residence to us. The residence is very clean and you feel right at home. The air conditioning is operational and the bedroom is well located in relation to the beach. Sometimes, we don't need to turn on the air conditioning to feel the freshness of the waves and the wind from the beach. The place is well located and relaxing to live in. It's not far from restaurants and places to visit. The service was above our expectations. We leave sad to leave this residence. I recommend this place 100% to all members of airbnb. You're really going to love it.

It was a pleasure to stay in Simo's apartment. A host who welcomes us as if we were part of the same family! Very nice caretakers also at the bottom of the building and the apartment is in a very good location!

Fantastic Stay in a Charming Home! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Simo's Airbnb.
