Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. A very nice place in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many attractions can be easily reached by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowed beautiful walks, beautiful discoveries. We left with lots of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. For our daughter, everything was on site. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with Sarah. We felt very comfortable right away, check-in with Jacques was straightforward and the view of the Baie de Paimpol simply phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend the house.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a great week at this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally, in a quiet environment, while being close to the center and the sea.

A place that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained how the different appliances in the house work. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll be back with the sun, I hope, next time.

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos aren't enough to convey the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, children's games, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many vacation homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Catherine is a very lovely helpful hostess. The accommodation is generously equipped and the garden is beautiful. You can stay outside for a long time in the sunshine. The accommodation is a bit remote, but the beautiful beaches are within walking distance and there are many attractions in the immediate vicinity.
