The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

The stay was great. The apartment is very nicely furnished and you feel right at home. The location is right on the beach, so it's very easy to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Goncalo is a very friendly and reliable host. Cheers!

We enjoyed a wonderful five night stay in Aveiro. The flat was spotlessly clean and almost brand new. Very conveniently located, just a short walk from shops, restaurants and great bakers. The location was central but quiet and we slept well there.

A dining area features a round table surrounded by six woven chairs. Large glass doors provide a view of the river and surrounding homes, allowing natural light to fill the space. A textured light fixture adds a touch of style above the table.

Ana's place is wonderful. Completely renovated, tastefully decorated, with many kitchen utensils, very new, clean and a great location. I just put some sticks on it that would have made the stay of 10, much more comfortable: - we were going with two kids and the stair guards were broken so that was dangerous for the baby and we had to be continually watching - a canopy is missing on the terrace to enjoy it. With the heat and sun it was impossible to go out on the terrace to enjoy the views having breakfast or eating. - does not have a washing machine. On a beach site it seems fundamental to at least being able to wash the towels and some clothes. Thank you, Silvia

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center, with everything easily accessible. A special touch we really appreciated was the local sweet, ovos moles, that the host kindly left for us—it was a real delight! The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Just a small suggestion: it would have been helpful to have some kitchen towels and paper napkins available. Other than that, everything was great. We’d definitely stay here again!
