Apartment vacation rentals in Cortland County

We came up for Cortland’s parents weekend. Shannon’s home was the perfect home-like setting for us to relax after a full day of activities. When we arrived it was late and we were welcomed with some light snacks and refreshments. Thank you! In the morning we woke up to the most beautiful Cortland scenery full of gorgeous fall foliage everywhere we looked.

The apartment was perfect for our family while at a sporting event at SUNY Cortland. The space made it comfortable for our 3 day stay. The only wish we had was table for our group to all eat at but the pictures very accurately represented everything in the apartment. Thank you!

I stayed for one night and it was last minute. Jerry was very accommodating, the place was beautiful, it was clean, and it was extremely comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place with quite a few amenities I highly recommend staying here.

Robert's place was very nice and clean. The apartment is in great shape and stocked with some basic items if you wished to cook. Very easy to get to and close proximity to SUNY Cortland. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. I would stay there again.

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting family. We had been looking for something closer than the hotels to their house and this was perfect! It was clean and cozy and was exactly what was advertised

Great location, close to fresh coffee, food. Had all the basic amenities with a few touches that made one feel at home. The couch bed was a little concave but still comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay.

We came to visit a college student. This space was a lovely spot for a place to visit and get away from school for a day. Kitchen well supplied and rooms comfortable.

Our family lives close by in Dryden. So Arnaud’s place is just right for us. There were farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator, a comfortable bed so a great night sleep and hours with family.

Great location near the downtown Armory area and restaurants. Beautifully renovated building…very comfortable and spacious apartment. Hotel-like amenities and service. Great communication.

The location of the place is great. We stayed on the 6th floor and had one of the most beautiful views. The flat has everything; it is very comfortable and cozy.

I had such a great time here! The pictures are very accurate. The place was clean and has such a cool layout. The windows let in so much natural light. Love that there is an even larger kitchen and laundry room available on every floor! The gym is so large and had pretty much everything I needed! Pool, hot tub, sauna, etc all major bonuses. The location is great as it's in the downtown area and so close to restaurants, etc. The hosts were very responsive and so kind. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Erica was very responsive and did everything to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment was nice and clean and the check-in was seamless. This is a great alternative to hotels in the area!

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

Building is amazing with lot of to do in it. Apartment is also really nice and even the location is really good , easy to explore with walking only ..
