Such a beautiful property with a recent glow-up. You will want to spend all your time outside and with the pool, hot tub and fire pit area - you can! Having lunch at Farmers Wife is also a great way to break up your stay.

Fantastic eco-resort (retreat amidst subtropical forest) very close to the amazing sand dunes of Anna Bay. The pool was luckily located right in front of our cottage. And the hot-tub (at every cottage) around the front deck was a great addition to the overall experience. Brief interactions with Antony (owner) were as great as his vigilance to manage this excellent property. Koalas are often spotted within the property but we were unlucky in that. Overall great experience and highly recommend as a place to stay if you are visiting Port Stephens.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage with our family of five. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a highlight for the kids, with plenty of space to play and a great BBQ and outdoor dining area for us to relax. It was just a short walk to a fantastic family-friendly park, local pubs, and shops. Communication with the host was friendly and prompt, and she gave us some great local recommendations. Highly recommend for families looking for a well-equipped, welcoming place to stay!

Thank you Sarah for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. We absolutely loved our stay & never needed to leave during our 3-nights stay. Your cottage is clean, well-kept with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to make all our meals in a very clean oven (for those coming from Sydney way, we stocked up at Woolies in Meadowie which is only 30mins away from Sarah's cottage). We packed our coffee machine so started our days with coffee on the wrap-around balcony and were in the stunning pool swimming from 9am onwards. The pool & outdoor area is where we spent the majority of our time! Thank you for being such a great host, always responsive & extremely helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Sheree’s place in Tea Gardens. Beautiful and peaceful location yet in walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend.

Sue was very proactive and very helpful, the place was so big and spacious. We had a wonderful time to relax with our two little pups and were close to all amenities. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we had all a great break!

We had a great time at Glenn's. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of nights and starting the mornings with a sauna and plunge was perfect. Sunset fire was a treat, as was learning more about the historic property. Glenn and Trudie were lovely, friendly hosts, as were the dogs with our one. Added bonus was the quick drive into Morpeth, a cute town with nice wine bar / cellar door.

Fantastic stay at Swimmers Retreat !! Incredibly relaxing , beautiful retro / beach house decor . Clean and fresh . Amazing spa bath ! The bus stop is 30 second walk from the front door or a short 15 minute walk to bars, beach and restaurants ! ( or a 3 minute drive ) Highly recommend to couples or families alike ! Wow what a get away with the family. As soon as we walked in to river Haus it was a breath of fresh air. It was beautiful, quiet and free of clutter and mess. With its inviting nature, the property performed outstandingly well for our two kiddos who could run around the house and venture outside with all gates closed. The swing out front, toys inside, comfortable beds and beautiful bath and shower were fantastic. Also wonderful to have washer dryer available even for the weekend. Sheridan and her husband were lovely to deal with upon arrival. Sheridan provided further recommendations and we went to all of the cafes, deli’s and shops available in town and surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. Definitely the best Airbnb we have been too, by far!!

We really enjoyed Dales place, it’s a very quite and peaceful location right on the water. Dale has modern canoes/paddle boards to use and explore the water, thoughtful extras were included. Overall we had a lovely couple of days.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Cottage. The location was amazing - walking distance to Box Beach and in between Shoal and Fingal Bay. The dogs enjoyed exploring in the back yard and were safe and happy when we went out to dinner. The King bed in the main bedroom was super comfy. The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you very much for having us.

very nice home modern and had every thing you need, it is a shame that we could not park in the carport, the shower could have been a bit cleaner also the oven, but over all every thing else was very clean and comfortable.

A great location in merewether with great coffee near by & easy walk to beach. We enjoyed the space & our time there. Will be back!
