Wonderful place to stay. Convenient location to all that Cork has to offer. John is super helpful!

Lisa was great, very helpful and communicated throughout the stay. She lived next door so is nearby if needed. The location is on top of a long hill so if you’re walking in to town I would advise getting an uber/taxi, costing about €10-€15. Other than that it was the perfect spot for a weekend visit.

This was a great stay- the location is central to everything and on many bus lines. The flat itself is quiet, linens are lovely, and had everything needed.

We loved our time at Stuart's place! Beautiful, charming home and garden in an awesome location. Stuart was super quick to respond to any questions and offered helpful pointers for planning our trip and seeing great spots in town.

Absolutely loved this place. It was ideal for setting out to see all the sights and restaurants and shops not too far away. You would not know you were beside a busy road as it was very peaceful and quiet in the cabin. The bath was a plus as after walking many miles it was a nice way to unwind and relax after your day. Evelyn was a great host with lots of recommendations and tips.

We had a lovely stay at the penthouse which has beautiful views of the sea from the balcony. The place was very clean and comfortable. Good location out of the city centre for visiting county Cork. We would highly recommend.

A stunning house - very memorable! We had 4 adults and 2 kids there for a week - loads of space for everyone. Appreciated all the thoughtful touches - from the lovely welcome from Tadgh, to having lots of loo paper, shower gel, tea etc! A great location to explore Cork city and further afield. Highly recommend.

We wanted to stay a bit outside of the downtown area as we have a car. There was ample on street parking. The Lidl was only a few blocks away. There is a lake just about 1 km up the hill which is great for a walk or run. Beware of the geese. They are a bit feisty. You can easily walk into the "tourist zone". The kitchen is well equipped. As it is an older house there are a few quirks. Pearse walks you through them. On other reviews the height of the shower was noted. That is true. The shower ceiling slants. As I am the average size of a 12 yo (maybe 10), this was not an issue for me. My husband said he sat down and it was not a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine worked fine. Nearly everything can be recycled in the bins out front which we appreciate.

Ann's place is about a 15 min drive from the centre of Cork so not in the city centre. The area surrounding the property is lovely and peaceful so it gives you the quiter side of Cork. Which is what we enjoyed as we had visited Cork City centre before.
