The house is cool in summer and in winter there is a fireplace and firewood that we sell very cheaply. Lots of privacy. Ten minutes away is one of the best restaurants in Sierra Los Arenales and magnificent routes with otters, herons, deer. There is an outdoor security camera to control theft, fires, and unauthorized visitors.
