Beautiful place with excellent location, road access without a floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms (two suites), large living area with fireplace, social bathroom, dining room, large kitchen, balcony with barbecue, refrigerator and wood stove, football field, swimming pool, outdoor bathroom, dressing room, dollhouse, kids area with pula pula, slide and ball pool, second barbecue with wood oven, fruit trees, water at will, internet Wi-Fi, homemade and nearby shops.

Cozy, on a farm, close to downtown.

I rent loft in a place very close to downtown Cordeiro. By car it takes 5 to 10 minutes (there is no dirt road and it is in the Lavrinhas neighborhood). The place is very familiar. The property has a double bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, microwave, one-mouth electric stove, 42 "LCD TV with cable channels, broadband internet and kitchen basics. The outdoor area is in the midst of nature, at the foot of the Campanati quarry, one of the sights of the city of Lamb.

This cozy studio, located in the Rodolfo Gonçalves neighborhood, is just a 10-minute walk to the city center or a 5-minute drive and offers easy access to all urban amenities. Located close to taxi points, bakeries, markets, pharmacies, stationery shops, among others, this small apartment is ideal for quick and comfortable stays. Although we do not have a garage, we offer the option of parking in front of the building or renting a space nearby.
