Located off Pennsylvania Avenue, it’s an easy 10 min drive/Uber to the Capitol, 15 mins to the monuments/downtown DC, and 15 mins to Regan National airport (DCA). Potomac Avenue Metro Station is also a short bus/Uber ride away, and the bus stop is located less than a block away. Happy to help answer any questions for guests wanting to explore the city!

After getting settled in, head out for a day of exploring and sightseeing at the National Mall. Tour the United States Capitol, pose in front of the Washington Monument, and learn all about American history at multiple museums.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

There’s free and ample street parking for those who drive. My space is perfect for a simple, quiet getaway. Additional fees are as follows: Early check in fee ranges from $10-$30 (depending on the time), $6 to wash/dry per load, no cleaning fee.

Our renovated basement studio is a welcoming place to enjoy the nation's capital. Close to the H St corridor with shops/restaurants/bars and the same distance to Eastern Market, another vibrant restaurant area. Pets welcomed for a $40 fee (one time fee, not per pet). Private parking available in the fenced in backyard which is also where the private entrance to the studio is.
