This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.

A clear blue sea is visible, with inflatable water attractions in the distance. Several individuals enjoy the water, while others relax on the sandy beach. A floating pink ring lies on the white sand, adding a pop of color to the scene.

Beautiful new three bedroom apartment with sea view and a great location.Apartment have a big living room and a big kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped and with a large dinning space. Apartment also has two bathrooms and a big terrace, grill and parking. Apartment is only one minute walk from the main Copacabana beach, supermarket and restaurants. There are two air- condition units, one for the kitchen and living room and the other for the rooms. Also has SAT/TV.
