Amazing place for downtime. Fireplace is epic and the flowing creek water is hypnotic. We stayed Easter to Anzac weekend and loved it. Dog loved it too.

A straight up dreamy little cottage tucked away in the middle of the mountains. First off, the vibes were immaculate. Picture this: crisp mountain air, birds chirping, and this cute, cosy cottage sitting there like it popped out of a fairy tale. The inside? Warm lighting, comfy furniture, and a fireplace that made me wanna never leave. It had that “home away from home” energy, but better, like if peace and quiet had a physical address. Woke up every morning to a view that legit looked like a painting. Mountains stretching out forever, sun peeking through the trees, and no noise but nature doing its thing. Nights were next level too, stars all over the sky, super quiet, just you and the chill. Perfect spot to unplug, reset, and vibe out. Whether you’re tryna write a book, clear your head, or just escape city chaos, this spot delivers. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat.

Comfy beds with quality sheets. Great verandah for enjoying the view and the breeze. A short walk from the Sir George hotel.

Unique place to stay in a quiet country village. Was as described and had everything we needed.

This cottage is a little slice of heaven. Such a gorgeous, quaint, cozy space, and was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage was clean, well maintained and private. We were lucky enough to have cattle in the yards surrounding us, and thoroughly enjoyed watching their shenanigans. Cuddle up around a cozy fire, have a cuppa overlooking the rolling hills, or take a stroll, the choice is yours. Thanks again!

Not our first visit to Kellie's place but loved it this time as much as the first. The house if beautiful & makes you feel right at home, the little touches make all the difference. Lots of breakfast options & special treats. The backyard is just perfect for our dogs to run around in.

We found Rachael, very friendly and helpful on arriving, after a long day driving was looking forward to relaxing, and a hot shower, and have to say the cabin was very comfortable, and clean, lovely view of trees and paddocks, and Holly had a nice walk too, would recommend, and we would also stay again!

what a memorable way to get a taste of farmlife. Garry has created a cottage that allows you to step into the colonial era but still with all the comforts of home. delightful hosts, a warm welcome, amazing fire under the stars... delicious breakfast.... we couldn't wish for more... definitely going to become a habit. My husband and I, together with our little dog, have just spent a lovely couple of days at The Rabbiters Hut on the banks of the Murrumbidgee river. It felt like we had stepped back in time but yet the cottage still offered modern comforts and a modern bathroom. It was extremely peaceful and the comfortable bed contributed to a great nights sleep. The cottage is full of interesting artefacts from a bygone era but without feeling cluttered. It is in a very picturesque location with a view of hills, gardens and paddocks from every window. Overall, we had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay and found the host Jo, to be very attentive to our needs.
