Beautiful property, a lovely atmosphere and very quiet. Loved being in nature, lots of birds, and we loved the donkeys, and the cattle were lovely to see. The hot tub was on point! We were able to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset, it was heaven. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you need for our long weekend. So picturesque. We would definitely go back for another weekend break. Thank you Black Cockatoo!

This place is perfect for large families or multiple couples, especially traveling with children as it has lots of toys and the swimming pool was always great. It’s just across the road from a leash-free dog beach so fantastic. Bring your pets too.

This house is wonderful if you have kids or a group. Lots of space to spread out and get comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked so eating in is easy. Jane was so helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend this house, made for a wonderful holiday! We loved our stay here.

Perfect house and location for us as a group of ladies. Clean and modern, all amenities we needed. Location spot on, close to everything within walking distance. Abby was accomodating with early check in and quick to respond to all comms. We’ll be back for sure and highly recommend.

Hilary and Ian's gorgeous place is an absolute delight. We were so lucky to have found it. It is peaceful - yet so close to all the action of Byron Bay. The house is even better than shown in the photos. The pool is wonderful and my grandson loved swimming in the warm water. Thank you Hilary and Ian for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous little hide-away - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

The Boathouse is an oasis of peace and quiet where the only noise you hear is the crash of waves, the patter of raindrops or the occasional bird. Although close to neighbouring properties it feels secluded and tranquil and very private. If the beach were any closer it would be lapping at the bed and cafe just around the corner could not be better. Thank you to Janene and Cameron for sharing your corner of paradise, it is truely spectacular and we can’t wait until we can return. Amanda & Clint

Kelly & Aaron welcomed us with Byron Bay cookies and fresh coffee awaiting upon easy entry. They had great communication including a book of local tips - they let us know about Circus Arts - the perfect spot to entertain our young kids in rainy weather. The kids loved the cubby house, trampoline and monkey bars. Lovely peaceful view from the heated pool and fire pit areas. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. So close to Byron yet so peaceful. Thank you for a great stay!

wow wow wow! we loved staying here. the house itself is so beautiful and well presented and the view is divine. location was ideal for our trips to other parts of northern Rivers and really great access to the highway from the house, without feeling like you were right next to the highway. we can't wait to come back!

Exceptional stay! I can’t say enough good things about The Dairy. What an extraordinary place. Beautiful, peaceful, serene…..we loved it. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living area open (literally the doors open all the way to the outside!) and the bathroom is truly a work of art (my daughter referred to her bath there as a “spiritual experience.” Ha!). It really is something to behold. And the location on the macadamia farm is so green and lush and quiet, despite being only a few minutes drive from the busy beaches of Lennox Head and Byron. We didn’t want to leave. And Julie was a delight to work with from start to finish: full of recommendations, easy to reach, quick to respond….a wonderful host. You won’t regret staying here. Amazing place to spend a weekend. Beautiful cottage/house with great decor and style, surrounded by trees with water flowing past the house. Very relaxing with lots of different things to do e.g. read, cut wood and have a fire, go in the sauna and the spa. Definitely would recommend. Close to then northern rivers rail trail as well which was fun.

I can’t speak more highly of this AirBnB! Beck’s home is beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed in many places and this one has to be one of our favourites. It hit the mark for what we wanted and more. Peaceful, private, tranquil stay on a property to envy. We had teenagers with us as well and they loved it. Perfect for families of small groups looking to unwind and spend quality time. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Too many highlights to mention but a few were the large well stocked kitchen, outdoor projector and screen, Argentinian BBQ, herb garden and fruit trees, fireplace, spa, pristine amenities, great record collection, books/games and activities, and the beds were the comfiest we’ve stayed in! Enough for me to enquire where to buy the bedding. Beck was great to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our needs (though she had thought of everything so there wasn’t much we needed). We are already talking about when to go back!

Amazing place, so close to the Gold Coast but not feeling like the coast, the outlook is so relaxing, the fire pit and wine, so good!

Sarah and Adam’s place was absolutely stunning. Peaceful, set amongst a beautiful garden. The home is beautifully designed with 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Lots of areas for a quiet moment. The living area felt like a sanctuary, so relaxing to hang out in. The place is equipped with absolutely anything you might need. Lovely air con for the hot days. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, a perfect size for them. We felt right at home. With only 4 of us, the house could have definitely fit another family. Very spacious. Sarah and Adam were so helpful and responsive, the perfect hosts. We would be back for sure!

Tree tops was perfect for my daughter/ her boyfriend and his mum and myself. Having the fold out couch upstairs was perfect and super comfy. We had bad weather but the space and light meant it wasn’t an issue and we could all spread out. Having the spa on the deck was perfect. The other amenities of pool, spa and tennis courts were a great addition and lovely spaces too. Would love to come back. Thanks for a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful Byron Bay.

Highly recommend and would return. We were two couples visiting in winter with dogs (one from Sydney and Brisbane) for 4 nights. It's a wonderful home lovingly restored and fitted with modern conveniences. An exceptionally well equiped kitchen that we put to good use for shared meals. So many fabulous spots in and around the house and gardens to soak up the serenity and reconnect. We arrived and really stayed put - we didn't want to leave. Going for adventures (or a pub meal) was a 15-20 min country car ride so we planned ahead to bring what we needed to relax and enjoy - and we did! This property is a lovely example of the best of Airbnb - where hosts trusts their guests and generously make their home available to enjoy. Thank you

I loved stepping into this place! Well appointed spacious kitchen, lounge & dining area! Great deck area with plunge pool which we made use of every day. Beautiful bedrooms each with their own shower/toilet - perfect for two couples! A wonderful host that was very friendly & responsive to our questions - but was also proactive! Would definitely highly recommend!

By far best place i’ve stayed in. Beautiful location, beautiful views, and Ryan was very easy & friendly to talk too. Will be back.
